I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share what I witnessed. The centre itself seems fine, but the attitude of some staff really shocked me. A few employees were openly rude and dismissive, which made the environment feel tense and unwelcoming. One staff member in particular spoke to another employee so harshly that the poor girl ended up in tears and visibly shaken. Seeing that happen in a childcare environment honestly made me question the professionalism and internal culture there. When you’re trusting a place with kids, you expect kindness, patience, and a supportive atmosphere — and that wasn’t what I saw from certain staff members. I really hope management pays attention and addresses this, because the centre could be great if staff treated both families and each other with more respect.

So Grateful We Found This Centre We recently moved suburbs and were a bit nervous about changing our daughter’s childcare - but choosing Lead Childcare Murrumba Downs was the best decision we could’ve made. The team is amazing! Our daughter absolutely loves going here. She adores her carers, and drop-offs are a breeze because she’s so excited to play - whether it’s on the playground, the trikes, or exploring the yard. The carers are warm, welcoming, and clearly care deeply for the children. Highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a supportive and fun environment for their little ones.

This daycare is a hidden gem, the way they care for and look after the children is beautiful. I love receiving daily photo updates and being able to check in on my sons routines to see what he has been up to. We have seen nothing but good things since we started going here. I would recommend a stay and play to anyone who is considering it, best choice we made enrolling our son here.

We are so so happy with Lead Murrumba Village. The educators are not only highly professional but also genuinely approachable, creating a warm and welcoming environment for me and my daughter. The Centre has a very nurturing atmosphere which has made our transition into a new daycare seamless and reassuring. The Centre is modern with so much space for the children. There is an onsite pool aswell which my daughter loves attending each week. Extra bonus is a lovely coffee made for you at drop off by the lovely Shelly. We honestly couldn't be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend it to other families seeking daycare.

I’m so impressed with the care provided for my niece and nephew! They get swimming lessons for all ages, a fabulous art teacher who is not only a true artist but puts the time and effort into all the children! Kinder garden program is thriving! Management goes above and beyond and always makes time for a chat! Would recommend lead Murrumba village to anyone who asks!

Lead Murrumba Village is fantastic!!! I have 3 children who attend 5 days a week. Since being at Lead we have been in the nursery, toddlers, pre kindy, junior Kindy and Kindergarten. The staff are amazing and my children have made some great connections with them. They have swimming lessons all year round, dance classes from a professional dance studio, tennis lessons, art classes and so much more activities for the kids to participate in. The meals supplied to the children are nutritious and delicious. The management and staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and keep us updated on anything happening within the centre, always polite and friendly. I love the daily updates on the children with lots of photos. My children are thriving since being at Lead Murrumba Village. I highly recommend Lead Murrumba village to any parent looking for an amazing daycare/kindergarten.
