When evaluating this childcare center, several critical issues warrant attention. A significant number of children are without name tags, and the facility features noticeably aged and deteriorated furniture. There is a lack of essential security measures, such as secured door access via locks or codes, and a complete absence of security cameras. These conditions raise concerns about potential cover-ups in the event of an incident, due to the lack of verifiable evidence. Furthermore, the center's policy of allowing unrestricted access to the premises, especially during sensitive activities like toilet training, compromises the children's privacy. Additionally, despite my daughter's five-month enrollment, she was never provided with essential items like a hat, drink bottle, or shirt. The center freely uses her images on their social media platforms while simultaneously preventing me from sharing my experiences and concerns publicly. This center had great potential but management are sure running it to the ground.

Country kids woongoolba is a breath of fresh air - literally. Nestled amoungst sugar canes, they can explore, learn and thrive outdoors. The team is warm, caring and genuinely invested in childrens development.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and education our child receives at Country Kids Early Learning & Kindergarten. The educators are warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The centre has a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. Our child comes home every day excited to share what they’ve learned and the fun activities they’ve done. We love how they incorporate outdoor play, creative learning, and values like kindness and independence. Highly recommend to any family looking for quality early learning in a supportive environment!

Very highly recommended!! This is the most beautiful nurturing kindy with amazing enducators that genuinely love the kids and nurture their interests and create an environment for all the children to thrive. All the educators are genuinely so happy to see each child succeed at reaching goals and overcoming obstacles. Our child has had a number of additional challenges. All the educators collectively have been very supportive. Staff went out of their way to print out and provide resources to overcome challenges at home. I often come to pick up my child at the end of the day and can hear squeals of laughter from the carpark:) Our child has come so far since beginning at Country Kids which is the complete opposite experience of her previous provider we couldn't be happier.

Love the small homely feel of Country Kids. The best decision we made was moving little miss to get her ready in the lead up to starting prep in 2026. Thank you to all the educators at Country Kids- we think you’re amazing 🌟
