Couldn’t recommend Little Gems more highly! Both of my daughters attend the centre, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the care they receive.<br>The educators are absolutely wonderful and always take the time to give us feedback about the girls and tell us about their day. It’s been so lovely watching both girls blossom and grow in confidence since starting at there.<br>Both girls have had the pleasure of having Miss Jas, and she has been an absolute lifesaver! She has formed such a beautiful bond with the girls, which makes drop-offs so much easier and gives me complete confidence knowing they’re in such caring hands. She really goes above and beyond and the fancy hairstyles she creates for them are far more impressive than Mum’s standard ponytail!<br>Of course, Miss Jas isn’t the only superstar! There are so many amazing educators at Little Gems who genuinely care about the children and go the extra mile every day. Each of them brings something special to the centre, and we’re so grateful for the love, patience, care and encouragement they show our girls.<br>Thank you to the whole Little Gems team for helping our girls feel so happy, confident and loved. We couldn’t ask for a better place for them to grow!

Little gems is an amazing day care centre. My daughter has been there for 3 months and loves it. She has quickly bonded with all the educators who greet her by name and give lots of love and cuddles. Couldn't ask for better educators to look after my little one while I am at work.

Nice clean centre - Professional staff , Happy Children

We’ve had such a positive experience with this daycare. My son genuinely looks forward to going every day, which says a lot as a parent. He especially enjoys the variety of activities, from creative play to outdoor time, and he often comes home excited to share what he’s learned. The educators are warm, attentive, and really take the time to understand each child’s personality. Since starting here, I’ve noticed a big improvement in his confidence and social skills. He’s made great friends and seems very happy and settled in his routine. We’re so grateful to the team for creating such a caring and engaging environment. I would highly recommend this daycare to other families.

We had to go away for a few months because my partners dad was sick. Jamie convinced my partner to keep our child enrolled 1 day a week so that she wouldn't "loose" her spot. 6 weeks later Jamie had drawn our account down to almost zero and centrelink stopped paying the subsidy because our child had been absent for 6 weeks. Jamie obviously knew this would happen, we told her we would have to unenroll our child because we wouldn't be returning for another month. Jamie told us we would have to give 2 weeks notice and we would be charged the full rate for the remaining 2 weeks. Roughly 10x what it would normally cost us. Jamie knew the subsidy would be stopped after 6 weeks of being absent but she didn't call us at 4 weeks she waited until it was already cut off. They are now trying to take us to court for $800 for two sessions when that would normally cost us around $80. This isn't a gym membership it's childcare. Jamie and little gems were paid for a child to be absent for 6 weeks but that's not enough to sate Jamie's greed she needs more free money. Jamie and little gems should be ashamed of themselves, and maybe if Jamie's lifestyle was different and she had children of her own she would understand the financial pressures young families face.

Very pleased to have had our daughter educated & graduated on Little Gems Albany Creek. Fantastic educators, totally recommend it.
