We have been part of the Green Leaves Albany Creek family for an incredible 7.5 years now, with our eldest attending before our youngest, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better daycare experience.<br><br>Over the years, there have been so many beautiful educators who have cared for, supported and genuinely loved our boys. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing you’re leaving your children with people who truly care about them and take the time to build such special bonds.<br><br>The educators and staff have always been so welcoming, kind and supportive, and there have been so many familiar faces over the years who have become such an important part of our children’s early years. A special shoutout to the lovely girls at the front desk too, who are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful.<br><br>We love the centre so much that we’ll be doing it all over again when we send our third boy there next year! ❤️

I was unfortunately not happy with our overall experience at this centre. There were several incidents involving my son that I felt could have been prevented with closer supervision and greater care. Although my son is now in Prep, the impact of one of those incidents remains with us, as one resulted in an injury to his teeth and gums with permanent consequences.<br><br>I was also very disappointed with the centre’s director and the way concerns and incidents were managed. I did not feel that the leadership provided the level of care, responsibility or responsiveness that parents should be able to expect from a childcare centre.<br><br>At times, I felt the centre placed too much emphasis on marketing activities, such as breakfasts for parents, rather than focusing on the children’s safety, wellbeing and happiness.<br><br>That said, there was one wonderful educator whose genuine care and kindness towards my son was the main reason we chose to keep him at the centre for two years.

My son has been attending this centre for over 2 years now and our experience has been quite positive. The overall environment is warm, welcoming and supportive for children. The learning programs are engaging and include a variety of activities that help children develop and grow. The staff is friendly and morning coffee take away for parents is a nice treat.

I recently dropped my little brother off at the centre and the staff were kind and compassionate towards him. The chefs treats at the front were amazing and everyone's smiling faces made my day.

We love Green Leaves Albany Creek! Our experience in the nursery has been great, with really supportive and caring educators. The centre is so welcoming, clean and tidy and the delicious smells coming from the kitchen every day make me wish we were staying there all day too. Our daughter loves her days at Green Leaves and we’re so happy we found this centre.

My daughter has been at the centre since 5 months old and loves it. Always asks when she is going to “school” next. Educators are welcoming and always keep us up to date with her learning.

We can’t recommend Green Leaves highly enough. The educators consistently go above and beyond to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Since starting, our son has grown so much in his confidence, speech and learning. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear how much care, dedication, and thought the team puts into everything they do. Special mention to Miss Rachael and Miss Kaitlyn for pouring the heart into the Kindy room this year - we appreciate you!! We feel incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare💚

We feel so lucky to have found Green Leaves Albany Creek for our two boys. From day one, the centre has impressed us with how beautifully clean, calm, and modern the environment is. It’s always tidy and so well looked after. The staff are truly the heart of the centre. Every educator and team member have always been so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring towards our boys. We can tell they are safe, happy, and loved there. It’s such a comfort as a parent to know your children are in good hands every day. After touring 10 or more centres this was my first preference. My son has developmental delays and this is the only centre who talk about involving allied health services to cater to their students needs. The staff are as excited to watch him develop and grow as I am. He loves them all so much, he even stretches out his arms and asks the staff to take him into the room.

This daycare has been incredible for our daughter with the most genuinely caring and empathetic staff I’ve ever come across. From the managers who greet us every day (knowing everyone by name) to the educators who deserve every bit of recognition for their commitment to maintain consistency, care and development to every child whom they treat as an individual. This has been the most personable daycare to date and we are very lucky to have Greenleaves as a second family for our little one. We Couldn’t be more happier and comfortable to entrust these beautiful people to care for our little one and we’ve been to a few daycares to compare and enable this glowing review.
