The BEST childcare facility in the Northern suburbs. I toured One Early Learning Wollert about 6 weeks ago, looking for care for my 19mo daughter and 3yo son. The management were so friendly and informative during the whole tour, and the Educators had all the children calm and engaged in every room I visited. My children have been so happy since sending them to One Wollert, I love seeing their growth at care and hearing about their days when I pick them up. I couldn’t recommend this centre or their staff any higher!

The best staff and centre in town!!!!! Always happy to help in any way regarding my two boys. Both my boys have attended this facility and I would recommend to anyone looking for an childcare facility with with friendly staff, great food from the kitchen and overall support. They even have a coffee van outfront as a lovely treat for the parents some days.

I’m writing this review late, my daughter had a very upsetting incident at this childcare. Her eyelashes were pulled out and sustained a bruise on her eye, but educators said they did not see what happened, one of the educator said “it’s ok” about the incident. I emailed the centre about the incident and only received a response after two weeks. I’m still unsure what investigation was actually done. After this happened, my daughter became very sad and did not want to go to childcare anymore. Some educators were kind and caring, which I appreciated, but overall I was disappointed with how this serious situation was handled.
