From our first day, the team has been exceptionally supportive and helpful. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at the centre and has formed strong bond with all of her educators. Notably, staff turnover is very low, which provides the children with an excellent sense of stability and continuity of care.<br>The facility is outstanding, offering a wide range of engaging educational toys, games, and activities.<br>The staff regularly go above and beyond by organising creative experiences, such as water play during the summer.<br>From an educational perspective, our daughter learns something new every day and has developed a genuine passion for learning, which her educators consistently nurture.<br>The educators and the director truly stand out for their kindness, patience, and clear commitment to child development. The entire team works diligently to maintain a safe, welcoming, and homely environment for both children and parents.

The team at Goodstart Horningsea Park are fantastic. I really appreciate that the activities are thoughtfully planned in advance and that every child is included and considered. They also regularly organise fun themed days and special events, which makes the experience even more enjoyable for the children. Highly recommend!

Our son started at the centre when he was just 7 months old, and we have been incredibly happy with the care and support he has received. The teachers in the nursery room were extremely caring, nurturing, and attentive. They played a significant role in helping him develop his early skills and confidence while always making him feel safe and loved.<br><br>When it was time to transition to the toddler room, the process was handled very smoothly. The educators took the time to ensure he was comfortable and ready, making the change stress-free for both him and us as parents.<br><br>A special thank you to Miss Maria, Miss Hannah, and the entire team for doing an excellent job creating a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for our son. Their dedication, kindness, and genuine care have given us great confidence and peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands.<br><br>We are truly grateful for everything they have done and would highly recommend the centre to other families.

I have 2 girls that go here I and couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The educators have made it so much easier for our girls to settle in.<br><br>Both of our girls absolutely love going, they feel loved and safe in the space. The centre is always clean and they provide daily updates with photos which gives us peace of mind that our girls are in good hand. We have had three children attend Goodstart Horningsea Park and are so grateful to have found this centre. It has become such an important part of our family’s life. It is an inclusive and welcoming place where every educator knows each child by name, their personality, what they like, what helps them settle, and how to support them through the hard days and big transitions. You can tell they genuinely care about every child, and as a parent that’s just about the best you can hope for.<br><br>Being a larger centre, there are naturally the usual daycare bugs from time to time, which is something you’ll find at most daycares. For us, the care our children have received has always far outweighed that downside.<br><br>A special thank you to Marie the director whose hands on leadership has created such a warm and supportive centre, and to educator Miss Sushma, who has been an absolute gem. The love, patience and kindness she has shown our children and us has meant more than we could ever say.<br><br>Thank you to all of the educators for making Goodstart feel like a second home for our kids. We couldn’t recommend the centre more highly.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with this daycare. Sending out boys to daycare was a big step, but the educators have made it so much easier for our family. They are so kind, caring, and genuinely love what they do, and it really shows.<br><br>Both of our boys absolutely love going, and knowing they are happy, safe, and so well looked after gives us so much peace of mind. My daughter has been attending Goodstart Horningsea Park for just over two years now, and our time there has been precious, to say the least. As our first child, her first daycare experience was nerve-racking for us as parents, but the educators, admin team, cooking chefs and the director were all incredible from the very beginning, and that eased so much of our worry.<br><br>They’ve been there for every milestone along the way, from those tough early drop-offs, to her growing speech, to toilet training, and she continues to develop in ways that amaze me every day. One of my favourite things has been watching my daughter form real bonds with her educators. She genuinely looks forward to spending her day with them, knows them all by name, and speaks about them so endearingly.<br><br>Lately, during imaginative play, she’s started imitating one of her educators in particular, right down to their kind nature and little touches of cheekiness. It’s the sweetest thing to watch, and it tells me everything about the warm, happy environment she gets to be part of every day.<br><br>The centre is also wonderfully communicative, and they use Storypark beautifully to share detailed updates on what the children get up to. My favourite part is always the “what the children said” entries, they never fail to make me laugh.<br><br>We couldn’t be more grateful for the care and community Goodstart Horningsea Park has given our family!

We were so nervous as first parents but the staff have been so approachable and accommodating to my daughter's needs.
