My son has been attending Little Zak’s Shellharbour since he was 3 months old but since the new management has come onboard recently the positive change within the centre has been fabulous. The new director Amy has been so amazing with assisting my son with his sensory concerns and anxiety so now he’s actually happy to go to daycare in the morning. Seeing how the new management have put so much effort into ensuring each family has their needs addressed including finally having an updated menu so it’s food that the kids actually enjoy has been wonderful to see. Both the director and 2IC are attentive and welcome feedback as well as creating plans to address any issues immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the progress that this centre has made recently and as a mum who was struggling to see her child distressed every morning, it’s heartwarming to see the positive change and I can’t thank management and staff enough for making this happen.

What the parents say

What the parents say

"Our 1.5 year old daughter attends here and so far we have been really happy with LZ. She has learnt and progressed so much in the last year, and I feel that the teachers really enjoy being with the kids. The children get great food and play opportunities and my daughter is always happy to be dropped off. The staff call with any issues during the day..." - Jenna

"Really happy with Little Zak’s. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, clean and very well put together and my little person loves the outdoor area. It’s second to none and I highly recommend. It was hard putting my only child into care but they are excellent and I cannot fault them! Keep it up guys - really happy to be a part of this centre." - A

So happy we got a place at Little Zak’s Academy Shellharbour! As a first time mum, I was pretty nervous about starting my child in care, but the team have been so lovely and made the whole transition much easier.
