What the parents say

What the parents say

"Our 1.5 year old daughter attends here and so far we have been really happy with LZ. She has learnt and progressed so much in the last year, and I feel that the teachers really enjoy being with the kids. The children get great food and play opportunities and my daughter is always happy to be dropped off. The staff call with any issues during the day..." - Jenna

"Really happy with Little Zak’s. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, clean and very well put together and my little person loves the outdoor area. It’s second to none and I highly recommend. It was hard putting my only child into care but they are excellent and I cannot fault them! Keep it up guys - really happy to be a part of this centre." - A

This centre provides a very caring and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported. The educators are attentive and genuinely focused on each child’s wellbeing and development. I really appreciate how the learning experiences are age-appropriate and thoughtfully planned, helping children to explore, grow, and build confidence at their own pace.

We have been attending little zaks for almost 4 years with great confidence however over the past 2 years it has gone downhill massively. Constant changes in staff and management. A manager was even escorted off the premises after standing up to higher management and trying to fix issues. I was even told by staff themselves the centre is unsafe and I should remove my child from the centre "this isint a safe place, if I was you I would move her". This also isint the only staff member who speaks about the centre like this. After speaking to multiple ex staff there, they have all told me the same thing as well as some horrific things that have happened at the centre. My daughter - a confident little girl, would scream murder just when getting dressed to attend the daycare. This has been happening over the past 6 months. She is 2.5 and had been attending since she was 5 months old.You only have to ring the centre and hear the children screaming in the background to know it isint okay. Multiple children are always crying 😢 its devastating. Please stay clear of this centre. It should honestly be shut down. Its a shame that some good staff are being wasted in a horrible centre. They have failed multiple safety regulations with the education department and are yet to be considered a pass let alone succeeding
