Meet Anjie Budloo - Centre Manager
Anjie is the Centre Manager at Aspire Ramlegh and brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and care. Since beginning her career in 2015, she has progressed through a range of leadership roles including Assistant Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, Centre Manager, and Area Manager.
Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with qualifications in Digital Marketing and Journalism, Anjie brings a unique combination of leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to the centre. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel confident to learn, families feel welcomed, and educators are empowered to grow.
Anjie believes that strong partnerships, open communication, and teamwork are the foundation of exceptional early learning. She is committed to building a positive centre community where every child is supported to thrive and every family feels connected throughout their early learning journey.

Our Kindergarten programs are delivered by qualified educators and focus on fostering school readiness, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

• Baby Steps Nursery Program (6 weeks – 2 years)
A nurturing environment where babies explore, develop early skills, and build secure relationships through sensory play and responsive care.
• Little Learners Toddler Program (2 – 3 years)
Supporting growing independence through engaging activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• 3-Year-Old Early Learning Program
Designed to build confidence, creativity, and foundational skills through meaningful learning experiences.
• 4-Year-Old School Readiness Program
Preparing children for a confident transition to school by strengthening independence, communication, early literacy and numeracy, and lifelong learning skills.
At Aspire, we see mealtimes as an important part of every child's learning journey. Sharing nutritious meals together helps children build confidence around food, explore new flavours, and establish healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach is guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring every meal supports children's wellbeing and development.
Our seasonal menus include a wide range of fresh vegetables, fruit, whole grains, dairy foods, and quality protein sources such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes. We focus on providing balanced, wholesome meals made with nutritious ingredients while limiting added sugar and salt. Water is encouraged throughout the day to support healthy hydration.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared with age-appropriate portion sizes to meet the changing nutritional needs of growing children. By creating positive mealtime experiences and offering a diverse selection of nourishing foods, we help children develop healthy food choices, enjoy trying new tastes, and build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

Starting childcare for the first time was a big step for our family, but everyone made us feel so welcome and supported.<br>A special thank you to Anjie, the Centre Manager, for always welcoming us with a beautiful smile and making the enrolment process so easy and stress-free. She has been so kind, helpful, and approachable from the very beginning.<br>We’re also so thankful to Angel and Malsha for their patience and care while helping our daughter settle into childcare. They were so gentle, understanding, and reassuring, which made a big difference during those first few weeks. Truly grateful to the whole team for creating such a warm and caring environment.
