The best advice I received from experienced childcare educators when it comes to choosing a childcare centre for my child is "Go for council-run childcare centres, visit them, and follow your gut to decide". That advice led me to choose Jack High for my child. The center are well-managed from layers of management team. The educators are friendly and supportive. The rooms are large and well-organized. The play areas are huge. And my child shows enjoyment when we arrive at the centre. A very special thanks to Sarah, the centre coordinator who spent hours sitting with me and answers tons of questions I had before enrolling my child at the centre. A special thanks to Jolie who goes extra miles to ensure that my child have something they like beyonds the regular menu from the kitchen. A big shout out to all lovely educators in the centre. Thanks so much for the efforts you spent with our children so that we could feel safe to have our children in your care. As parents, we know it isn't easy to handle kids but you have been doing it so well.

We’ve been part of Jack High Childcare Centre for over six years, and all three of my children have attended (and will attend). The backyard is beautiful with so much space for the children to run, explore and play. My children are happy on drop off, and that’s all I want to see when leaving them. The educators are caring, supportive and genuine.

Jack High is an absolutely amazing daycare centre. The care and joy given by the educators is unique. We cannot thank Vanessa and the team enough for assisting our children in growing into the little big boys they are today. The big outdoor area invites the kids to a lot of free play. Our boys have built many friendships and were well prepared to start there next chapter of school. Thank you to Julie, Wafaa, Nathalie, Jade, Orlando, Catherine, Olympia and the rest of the team for all their support, love and advice! We will miss you!

Exceptional centre run by Georges River Council. I am so impressed with the wonderful care, learning and facilities that our child has had access to over the last 3 years here. The educators are very dedicated and supportive. Many of them have been there for years which shows how happy the staff are and it’s so nice to have familiar faces care for our child each year. They are always going above and beyond to create engaging learning experiences based off the interests of the children. The nutritious meals are cooked fresh onsite and they are always prepared to take on new menu ideas from children and their families. The backyard is amazing. It is a very big size as the land was previously used as a Bowling Club however it is divided into smaller areas that are separated by smaller gates and fences and the children are carefully supervised in the different areas. There is a beautiful section with garden beds, yarning circle and vege patch. The children love planting, watering and growing their own vegetables. The bike track with the bikes and the large shady area under the trees is a real highlight. The baby backyard area is completely separate from the older children and has highly engaging play experiences for younger children. The children are genuinely happy to be there and as a parent I feel grateful for the excellent care my child has received.

We left Jack High due to location and a few months later we were back despite the longer drive! The educators here are second to none, they are caring and attentive. The yard is perfect for burning active little ones energy too!

We have been part of the Jack High family for eight years now, and one of the best things about the centre is that many of the educators who looked after our first child are still there looking after our second. The teachers are wonderful with the kids and always happy to answer questions or help with things like separation anxiety or toilet training. We get photos every day and frequent updates on their learning goals and progress via the app There is a great mixture of structured and free-play activities in the classrooms and out in the yard. The yard is large and open, with various activities for the kids to explore, including sandpits, bikes, climbing equipment, mud kitchens, and even a veggie patch, which the kids sometimes help pick for the cook to use in the kitchen. The meals are fresh and healthy, and each season, families are asked for suggestions for adding to the menu. Most importantly, our kids are happy, they love their teachers, they have made friends, and they come home each day excited to tell us what they got up to. Both of our kids started in the baby room at 12 months old. Our youngest has just finished in the toddler room and is excited to move to the preschool room, while our eldest has been through all the rooms and had a very smooth transition to school a couple of years ago.

Both my children love this daycare the big yard allows them the chance to explore. The teachers provide an environment for development and are super encouraging.. my daughter is excited she says she is home n screams yay.
