Finding the right childcare for my daughter was a big decision, especially coming from overseas and not being very familiar with everything here in Australia. I was initially quite nervous about leaving my little girl in someone else’s care, but I can honestly say I couldn’t have found a better place.<br><br>One of the first things I noticed every single time I walked in was how incredibly clean and fresh everything smells. The cleanliness is outstanding!<br><br>The owner Mariam She is such a lovely person – always smiling, incredibly friendly, welcoming and approachable. She is always happy to help with absolutely anything, and what I appreciate most is how responsive she is.<br><br>The entire team is absolutely amazing. Every educator is so friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Even educators who aren’t directly looking after my daughter make an effort to smile and say hello to parents. It’s those little things that make such a big difference and make you feel genuinely welcome.<br><br>Most importantly, my daughter is genuinely so happy there! She has made lovely little friendships and become much more sociable and confident. The educators have played such a big role in helping her settle in, build friendships and feel comfortable expressing herself.<br>I’ve also noticed so much positive development in her learning. She is constantly learning new things, developing new skills and growing in so many ways.<br><br>You can really feel the positive atmosphere throughout the centre and you can leave your child here with your eyes closed and have complete peace of mind.

We have been working with Smarties Early Learning Centre for over 4 years now. The teachers are truly dedicated, caring, and incredibly organised. They take great responsibility for the children and always go the extra mile to ensure a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment. We highly recommend Smarties to any parent looking for a trustworthy and well run preschool.

My daughter has just had her first 2 days at Smarties, and honestly I couldn’t be happier. They staff have been amazing, they communicate everything, they are loving and caring towards her, and I can tell she has been loving her time there. I was quite nervous about starting her at childcare, but I’m so happy with my decision to take her to smarties, and wish I did it sooner!

My son absolutely loved his first day and the incredibly friendly and supportive staff made the transition smooth. Throughout the day they sent pictures and updates via the app which helped ease us both into this new chapter. The facility is spotless and organised with plenty of developmental toys and activities. It’s also nut-free – perfect for my child with allergies. I felt like a valued family member and the warm welcome was wonderful. I highly recommend this childcare to any parent seeking a safe space for their children.

We are a current family at Smarties ELC Narwee and couldn’t be happier! Such a beautiful brand new centre that is nice and modern, but still has a welcoming and homey feel. The love, care, and attention the educators show every day is truly special. My two daughters love it!
