We have had a really positive experience at Goodstart Narwee. All of the staff are kind, patient, supportive, and always easy to approach. They really take the time to support both children and parents, which makes such a difference. They are especially amazing during drop-offs - even on days when my child is upset, they make the transition feel calm and reassuring. The educators work closely with parents on developmental goals and genuinely care about each child’s growth. The activities are thoughtful, engaging, and very age-appropriate. The outdoor area is a standout - it’s natural and beautiful, with gardening, a mud kitchen, and a big sandpit that the children absolutely love. They also provide nutritious meals, which is a big plus and gives me peace of mind. Most importantly, my daughter is happy there, and that says everything. We’re so grateful to be part of this centre.

Goodstart is a wonderful childcare centre with caring staff and a safe, welcoming environment. Our child is happy and well supported. Wonderful centre with a child-led ethos that really champions the interests and passions of children. The educators, leaders and operations staff are all kind, caring, responsible, skilled and knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our two boys to grow and flourish in their early childhood years.

I visited this service, and I thought it was very dirty and grotty. The children were unattended, the staff were not engaging with the children... not a great experience.

The most incredible team of educators you could ask for. From the very first day to the very last, the educators at Goodstart Narwee were nothing short of exceptional. Their kindness, dedication, and unwavering support made every moment special. They are not only passionate about what they do but also deeply understanding and nurturing. Our final pickup was a bittersweet moment, marking the end of this chapter, but we take comfort in knowing we’ll be back in their care with future children. Both my kids have gone to Goodstart Narwee. It is hands down the best daycare and preschool around. They love it there and the teachers are awesome. My older one has graduated and she made a lot of good friends from preschool that we still keep in touch with. I can't recommend it enough.

I had an incredible experience completing my pre-service teacher placement at Goodstart Early Learning Centre! The staff were incredibly supportive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for both the children and educators. The center's commitment to quality education and developmentally appropriate activities really stood out. The children were engaged and enthusiastic, and the resources provided helped to make learning fun and interactive. This placement has truly prepared me for my teaching career, and I’m grateful to have been part of such a fantastic center!
