Great centre and the most friendly staff. Highly recommend this centre !

I booked a tour at this childcare centre, but when I arrived, they claimed they had never received my booking. Two women came over to check my booking email and tried to deny it, but eventually they had no choice but to acknowledge that I had indeed made the booking.<br><br>What really shocked me was that there was not even the slightest smile or apology from the woman. She simply filled out a waiting list form and dismissed me, without even asking whether I was flexible with the days — something every other childcare centre I have contacted has asked me about.<br><br>This centre has apparently been rated “Exceeding”, which honestly makes me question what goes on behind the scenes. If this is how they treat a parent who has made a confirmed booking and taken the time to show up for a tour, I can only wonder how much warmth and care they would actually show to the children.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I certainly won’t be considering this centre for my child.

We are really happy with the centre's services and would highly recommend it to other families.<br><br>After we were not happy with our previous childcare centre, we moved both our kids here and it has been a really positive experience. The environment feels warm, friendly and more like a family than just a childcare centre. The educators are easy to communicate with, always helpful, and genuinely care about the children.<br><br>We also love the little basket of fruit at the door that the children can share. We can teach them to take only what they need and leave the rest for the other children. It's such a lovely idea.<br><br>Wivvienne, the centre manager, is very open, approachable and caring. She doesn't just care about the kids but makes parents like us feel supported and looked after which we really appreciate. Thank you Wivvenne for what you have done for us, which meant a lot.<br><br>Being a not-for-profit centre, we feel like the children really come first rather than profit. The fees are affordable compared with other childcare centres around, which is a big plus for families.<br><br>Our 4 year old son had been experiencing some language delay, and we worked closely with the educators to support him. We especially want to thank Tenique for her ongoing support, patience and effort in helping him improve. We have seen a big difference in him and he is now much more confident with his language. We really appreciate everything Tenique and the educators have done for him.<br><br>Our 2 year old daughter has also built a such lovely relationship with the educators, especially Trang and Monica. She is very happy here and this makes us feel comfortable knowing that she is surrounded by people she trusts and enjoys with. We really want to thank Trang and Monica for all you have done for our daughter.<br><br>That's the story of our family's journey with the centre and lots of positive experiences we've had a long the way. We feel very lucky to find a place where our kids are happy, supported, and genuinely cared for.<br><br>Thank you again all the wonderful educators for everything you do for our children!

The team at BPA Delahey. WOW just wow. Words cannot describe or explain the feeling of being part of such a welcoming, friendly team. We have been part of the BPA family for the past 5 years and I can only say great things about this team and centre. They make ALL families feel involved, whether it be the occasional raffle, activities, or just the everyday ‘good morning’ conversation. I knew I had found the perfect place to send both my children when daycare day would come around and the kids would be begging to go into the centre to see all their friends and educators. The educators at the Delahey centre are absolutely flawless. They go above and beyond to make sure the children are having fun, learning and begin to understand the basic essentials, like washing hands after play and before food, using their manners. I found this was a great way to implement hygiene in a fun way and both my children still follow all these rules till even date. Without BPA Delahey I don’t know what I would have done. They have been a blessing when I have concerns and they address every minor query I have as a parent, without making me feel like a burden to them. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you dearly to the BPA Delahey team and educators. You will all be with us for ever as an addition to our growing families. Thank you for everything you do for our families and our children. We appreciate you all.

It has been amazing childcare for my daughter. The staffs are so friendly and caring. The foods are also amazing. My picky toddler girl loves the food and eat so well every time she comes to deylahey children centrer. High recommended to all family.

My twins attend Delahey Children’s centre and every educator has been so kind, caring, and genuinely invested in our girls. It’s clear how much love and effort goes into creating such a fun, safe, and happy environment. Seeing how comfortable and excited our twins are every day gives me so much peace of mind.<br><br>A big thank you to the whole team for making this place feel like a second home for our little ones. ❤️
