My son has been attending Goodstart Early Learning Taylors Hill five days a week for over 12 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The educators are fantastic. They show genuine care for the children, take the time to build real bonds, and create a warm, nurturing environment that made it so much easier for me to feel comfortable with my son being in care for long days. It’s clear how much thought and effort goes into their play-based learning, and it’s wonderful to see how engaged and supported the kids are. The centre management team has also been an absolute dream to coordinate with. Throughout the time we’ve been attending, they’ve introduced noticeable improvements and have always been approachable, organised, and supportive. A big thank you to the entire team for the care you show my child every day. I’m really glad we chose this centre and feel confident knowing he’s in such good hands.

All 4 of my kids have passed through this professionally, outstanding, caring and exceptionally well managed facility over the past 4 years. We have seen the best people come and go, we have heard the most ridiculous complaints. But overall, I have never had anything but praise for the loving and compassionate people at this learning centre. The photos and updates throughout the day are a treat, but to know they are focusing on the kids learning and progress, even in the nursery, is exemplary. Even if I ever did have a complaint, I have complete faith that my concerns/issues would be heard and I would be comfortable coming forth with them, as I know the staff actually give a damn about each one of my/all kids in their care. Doesn't happen very often. :)

The staff here are lovely, and very accommodating. They update and inform us of our baby activities and let us know of any concerns, which helps us get through the day knowing our lil boy is taken care. Honest and sincere. Our little baby doesn't cry at most drop off, and when pick up comes, he seems very content which I take it as he has good days here. I'm so glad this daycare is nearby and my baby attends it.
