My child has been apart of Highfields Central since we moved to Highfields in 2023, this service has provided nothing but care and support for both my children. My son is currently in the kindergarten room 5 days a week, and I cannot fault the kindergarten class or their program. All of the staff members are welcoming and support with emotional regulation. I can’t recommend this team enough.

This service has always been the most loving and inviting place. My children are always excited to go to kindy and always come home happy and content! The educators are very knowledgeable in all aspects of all the children, their behaviour, education and their social and emotional needs! You can just tell they are all so passionate about what they do! If you’re looking for care for your child then this is definitely the place to go!

Heartbreaking Experience – A Deep Wound That Will Stay With Us I’m writing this with a heavy heart as a mother who trusted this daycare for more than a year, only to walk away with a child who was emotionally hurt, physically scratched, and unfairly labeled. At some point, an entire room full of children was left in the hands of a young, inexperienced staff member for a long period of time, the same person who left deep scratches on my son's face. Those scars are not just physical. They left marks on his heart, and on our trust in the childcare and education system as a whole. Rather than supporting him, they seemed to gradually push him out and now, after many psychological and behavioural assessments with qualified professionals, we have confirmation that he is not only a brilliant and active little boy, but one with exceptional potential. Several specialists have said they believe this centre deliberately push his buttons and wound him up to exclude him instead of making any genuine effort to understand or support his needs. What kind of service leaves a young child with trauma, blames the child labels him without any professional expertise, and walks away without responsibility? This experience has been devastating for our family. To be fair, I must acknowledge that there were some genuinely kind and caring staff members in the earlier rooms where my child had great time with them, he was happily packing his bag and wearing his clothes each morning, and also the centre manager was always polite and respectful. But unfortunately, that was not enough to protect our son from what he went through in kindy room. If you care about your child’s emotional and physical wellbeing I urge you to look elsewhere.

We’ve been so happy with Highfields Central Early Education Centre! The staff are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the well-being and development of each child. My daughter absolutely loves going there. The activities and learning experiences are diverse, engaging, and age-appropriate. I feel confident knowing she’s in such a safe and nurturing environment. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a supportive and loving space for their little ones!

The team at Kids Club Highfields have been fantastic since we transferred to their centre. They’re all incredibly professional and take such great care of our kids. We’re over the moon at just how much our children have grown and how much they’ve learnt since they started!

Since bringing my daughter here, not only has she shown enjoyment from attending, but also has shown great progress with her learning. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend this place 🙌🏽
