please don't send your children here. Supervision is lacking and staff turnover is high! Management don't care for feedback.

As a first time mum coming up to the end of my maternity leave, I was dreading having to go back to work and leave my daughter in the care of others. But Wyreema Early Education has been a blessing, as my daughter has grown and developed so much in the last six months and has learnt/experienced so many more things then I could ever have shown her at home. She absolutely loves going to day care and that’s huge considering she’s a stage three clinger/mamma’s girl. All the educators are so kind and friendly and it still blows my mind that every one of them seems to know who you are, even if you haven’t personally dealt with them before. The centre itself is so bright, spacious and modern with a great layout. I also love that outdoor play and messy sensory play seems to be a priority. I’m so appreciative of everything the team does for our family and feel so lucky to have such an amazing early education centre so close to home.

This daycare is amazing! My two special needs kids attend this daycare and they have been nothing but understanding. The staff do an amazing job raising our children while we work and they do it with a smile. The ladies at the front desk always greet you warmly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would ☺️

My children have been to a few different daycares in our 5 year (and continuing) journey of daycare. This is by far the best daycare I can send my children too. I regained my ability to trust educators with looking after my children after previous daycare failures. My children love going here, they have the most beautiful play areas, rooms. It’s everything that they need for the day. Coming from a daycare with having to provide food and nappies and higher daily expenses to this centre, it saved us this hassle. It has gotten the kids to eat better and to try new foods that I don’t cook at home, and the meal plan where you sign in is amazing so I know what they are eating each day. They are so supportive of the kids and their needs. Had a child there, now at school, who was diagnosed with chronic constipation and they handled it so well, not to mention the educators helping with assessments for speech therapy and occupational therapy as well. You are greeted with the best smile and friendly staff. Ever a question, they can answer it or they follow up straight away and get back to you the next day. I love the added security of the front door. Knowing that not anyone can walk through the door and be a threat as you need prior entry and key for access. I can always talk to the educators about anything, how the kids have been that day, what sleep they’ve had, any challenges that they had. Can end up talking to them for ages. Something that not many centres do anymore. My kids know the educators by name and the educators know every family member by name and face. We drive 20min one way to this daycare, kids were in previous daycare closer to home, but major problems arose there as previously mentioned above. But for us, the 20min drive is worth every minute of it. This is truly one of the best daycares you will find around. I cannot express the thankfulness for them in looking after my kids and teaching them new things every day.

As a first time Mum, its always scary sending your child to daycare for the first time. I cannot express how happy I’ve been having my daughter at Wyreema Early Education. The educators are exceptional - I find them all so caring and professional. I’ve never had one complaint. With daily activities, fun and educational, its been amazing seeing my daughter love and grow at this center. Highly recommend! All the ladies are doing such an amazing job and I’ll never be able to repay them! xxx

The staff here are so carrying and empathetic, they’ve done well with adjusting and trying their best to understand my nephew with his special needs, they’ve helped him come a far way with his milestones and have assisted his developmental progress anyway they can.

I have had nothing but a positive experience at Wyreema Early Education. Everyday you are met with smiling faces and educators that will care for your children as their own. Our family has now gone there for over 4 years and we have had some wonderful educators, owners and director over the time. Definately recommend.

Please seriously consider sending your child/ren to this centre, I only gave 1 star because of the 3/4 good educators there. My oldest child was there for 9 months, since starting at the centre he begun acting out and was not himself. For months, I constantly spoke to the director about these concerns and I always received the same response of “we’ll come up with a plan to help him”. It got to the point that my son was begging to go to another centre because this centre made him ‘cranky’. I ended up taking my son to an occupational therapist, during the appointment we spoke about multiple issues happening at the daycare centre. The occupational therapist’s recommendation was to move my son to a different centre ASAP because she believes that my son suffers from trauma which is caused by this centre. I sent a very detailed email to the director and the area manager for the centre. The response I received from the director through email was “OK, thanks for the update” while receiving no response from the area manager. I had than gave my sons 2 weeks notice as it was clear that the director and area manager did not care regarding this issue about my son. I had than brought to the directors attention about a safety concern regarding my son and another child and pretty well the response was “it is what it is” Though other parents have taken issues and concerns to the director, it’s definitely a matter of how liked you are regarding how situations are handled. I previously worked there so I witnessed this first hand on many occasions. I know this centre may be convenient for families close by but consider other centres close by. By the reputation this centre is gaining, I wouldn’t be surprised if this centre goes down soon.
