I was very disappointed with my experience at this childcare centre. The fees are extremely expensive, and unfortunately I don’t feel the quality of care matches the cost.<br><br>As this is a new facility, I expected everything to be well organised and maintained to a high standard. Instead, I experienced several ongoing issues.<br><br>On multiple occasions, when I picked up my children, their personal belongings were missing. It’s frustrating having to constantly replace items that should have been looked after.<br><br>I also personally witnessed children drinking from other children’s water bottles without staff noticing. This raised concerns for me about the level of supervision and hygiene practices.<br><br>Another concern is that the centre doesn’t provide filtered drinking water. Instead, staff refill the children’s water bottles using water from the bathroom tap. While tap water in Australia is generally safe to drink, I expected a childcare centre charging premium fees to have a dedicated filtered drinking water station for the children.<br><br>Overall, I expected a much higher standard of care, organisation, and attention to detail, especially for such an expensive childcare centre. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

Definitely would not recommend now that the director they have there is someone that’s been fired from both their last two jobs within 6 months!<br>I feel this place is on a downward trajectory, so glad I removed my kids when Gemma stopped!
