I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. I currently have two of my sons attending, and over the years I’ve also had many friends and family members whose children have attended here. Throughout that time, I’ve never had any issues. The educators are absolutely amazing, caring, supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. My children love attending and are always excited to tell me about their day and the activities they’ve been involved in. What really stands out is the centre’s strong focus on children’s learning and development. The educators put so much thought into their programming and create meaningful experiences that are guided by learning frameworks while also being tailored to each child’s individual interests and needs. They regularly seek my input, ask about my children’s interests, and use that information to plan engaging activities that keep the children excited and involved in their learning. The communication is excellent, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and there is a real sense of community within the centre. It gives me peace of mind knowing my children are in such a nurturing, supportive, and educational environment every day. We absolutely love being part of this centre and are so grateful for everything the team does. I highly recommend Oakhurst Preschool!

I have had children attending since 2022 , I highly recommend this daycare/pree school , The teachers are absolutely amazing and are always going out of there way for the kids , I love I’m always kept up to date from there day to day schedule and always kept in the loop on the kids daily activities, sleep times and what the have eaten through out the day , pictures are provided daily of the children, and no matter what the weather conditions are they are always making sure kids are hands on and always learning and mostly that the kids are having fun. Huge Thankyou to all teachers , but a big Thankyou to Emily , talat , Pam , usha , Janene and Najma, everyone of use have been a big part of my children’s life’s and a big part of helping them grow even more like become there school mummies , the school is lucky to have teachers/educators like you all

My kids were so blessed to have another place they can call is their second home. Immunisation:
At Oakhurst Preschool, your child's health and safety are our top priorities. Immunisation proof is required upon admission to ensure the well-being of all children. Those who haven't been immunised due to medical or religious reasons may be excluded if an illness preventable by immunisation occurs. Up-to-date immunisation records are necessary for childcare benefits.
Illness Information:
Outbreaks of infectious diseases will be posted on the foyer notice board, and parents will also be notified through our communication channels to keep everyone informed.
Sickness Policy:
Unwell children shouldn't attend the centre to prevent the spread of illness. Children with a fever shouldn't come to the centre for 24 hours after the last spike. Administering Panadol, Nurofen, or antibiotics within the last 24 hours is also grounds for exclusion.
Child Protection:
Our staff are Mandatory Reporters under The Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act, 1998. Any concerns regarding a child's safety or well-being will be reported to the authorities. Allegations of child abuse against anyone associated with our service are reported to the Ombudsman within 30 days as per the Ombudsman Amendment (Child Protection and Community Services) Act 1998.

I have sent my three children over the years to Oakhurst pre-school and never had any issues. The staff are amazing and I know my child is well looked after. I currently have one child there and he loves it, he gets so excited each day to attend I love seeing his photos each day of all the activities they get up to.
