Each and every educator at Children's Village Old Toongabbie has been so patient, kind, and attentive towards my little one, helping him feel safe and secure. Every little effort does not go unnoticed. As a mother, placing my trust in their hands means a lot, and I genuinely appreciate the care and dedication they show every day.

I highly recommend Children's Village. From the very first day, the staff made both my child and our family feel welcome and comfortable. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. Communication from the centre is excellent. We always receive clear updates about our child’s day, learning activities, and progress. It’s reassuring to know that the team pays close attention to individual needs and takes the time to build strong relationships with the children. The environment is warm, safe, and engaging, with plenty of educational and creative activities that help children grow in confidence and independence. My child looks forward to going every day, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere they have created. Overall, Children’s Village Pendle Hill is a fantastic childcare centre with a dedicated and professional team. I feel very grateful to have found such a supportive and nurturing place for my child.

My baby attends Children's Village Old Toongabbie, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Initially, we enrolled him in a well-known childcare brand, but we found it to be very commercial and lacking in communication (especially when it came to updates about our baby’s health). Here, it’s completely different. All the educators are friendly, warm, and caring. They provided wonderful support to help our baby settle in, and we can see how much they focus on preparing children for socialisation. What we truly value is the genuine feedback we receive. It’s not just “everything is good”, they share honest updates that help us understand how our baby is really doing when we’re not there. On the first day, and also when my baby had a little injury he gave himself, the centre reached out to us proactively with updates before we even had to ask, which shows how much they consider things from the parents’ perspective. I also witnessed an instance where another baby’s face looked slightly red, and the educator immediately brought a thermometer to check the child’s temperature, showing their attentiveness and care. The attention to detail here is outstanding. The food they provide is excellent in both quality and quantity compared to other centres we’ve experienced. At pickup, our baby always says goodbye and gives kisses to the educators, proof of the trust and bond he has with them. From his behaviour, it’s clear he enjoys his time at the centre. We are truly grateful to all the educators for looking after our little one with so much care. We highly recommend this centre to other families. After 2 very difficult and challenging years and a large chain childcare centre we decided to move our 3 year old to Children's Village. We had been looking at local centres for some time and hadn't found anything that had the feeling it would be any different to where we were at. That is until we found Children's Village. Right from our first interaction with Rachael and her team we felt right at home. Our son transitioned so smoothly that it felt like he had been there his entire life. The education that he is getting now and his development over the last couple of months has been out of this world. He has learnt so much and is always stimulated and developing all his different skills. We couldn't be more happy. We only wish that Children's Village was available 2 years ago! My son loves children's village. We moved daycare centres about 2 months ago due to concers at our previous center. On his first day he walked through the door with ease and comfort. He always talks about going to his new school. The staff are friendly and attentive and the school actively focuses on ways to engage the kids. We made the right choice coming here and are so thankful for the supportive team at CV!

My son has been at children’s village Pendle hill since they opened…. Being a child who had never been in The care of anyone but myself or his dad the anxiety and stress of leaving him was hard, Rachel, Chrystal and the team made it a stress free and happy experience for me. My son had bad separation issues for the first few weeks but the teachers made him feel safe happy and cared for, he now loves going everyday and begs to go early he loves all the teachers and staff and has made many new friends….
