We’ve had such a lovely experience with MercyCare Early Learning Centre Ellenbrook. The educators are incredibly kind, patient and genuinely care about each child. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed and supported, and it’s clear how much effort they put into creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Extremely disappointing experience. We trusted this childcare centre with our child, but after just one day, our child became sick. Even after informing them immediately, we were still charged several weeks of fees. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and no compassion shown during a difficult situation. This level of care and professionalism is very concerning. I would not recommend this centre to any parent.

Overpriced for the service provided, and I was not satisfied with the attention given to children’s health. I hope they improve both pricing transparency and quality of care.

Very bad experience, no body listen to the parents problem , nor call any phone calls. Such a very cheap service.

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL PARENTS ⚠️ Do NOT trust this centre with your children. My sister’s son attended for just ONE day and shortly after became sick with hand, foot, and mouth disease. The family informed the staff immediately, yet the centre still charged FOUR WEEKS of fees. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care, fairness, and professionalism. Instead of supporting a sick child and family, they chose to prioritize money. The child is still suffering, and the centre has taken ZERO responsibility. No empathy. No accountability. Only financial interest. This matter is now being escalated to the Department of Education and relevant consumer protection authorities. Parents deserve better than this. Avoid this centre at all costs
