My daughter has been attending this child care centre since she was 11 months old, she is now 4 and thriving. We have progressed through each stage of her learning and development with the most positive experience. Their love and care for the children is second to none, wouldn't trust anyone else with my girl.

My kids absolutely adore this center! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, making sure my kids feel safe and loved. As a parent, it really puts my mind at ease knowing my kids are having a great time.

My 7-month-old grandson attended this centre for only TWO HOURS before we received a call informing us that a staff member had decided to cut his fingernails without permission. In doing so, she CUT his actual finger, leaving him bleeding. At no point did we give consent for any grooming or personal care of this kind, and there was absolutely no need for it. This raises serious concerns about the centre’s understanding of child protection, boundaries, and appropriate procedures. The explanation provided by the Director was entirely unacceptable and did nothing to address why this breach of duty occurred in the first place. To make matters worse, the centre contacted me—his emergency contact—instead of his parents. This only adds to my worry about the processes and judgment being used. My grandson came home with a cut finger on his first day, caused by a staff member, not another child. This experience has left us deeply concerned about what other actions staff may be taking without parental knowledge or consent. When we told the workers that this would be his last day, my daughter was sworn at- a total disgrace.

I love this center, very neat, and well run. The educators are very professional and care very well for the kids. My baby started attending at 3,5months and she is 8months now and loves it there. I also mostly appreciate the great communication and updates through the app. This centre is best place to leave your kids.

This childcare center might look good on the outside, but unfortunately, it's filled with unprofessional and incompetent staff. 🚫 Children Left Unsupervised Staff regularly neglect children—especially the little ones who are crawling. It’s not uncommon to see them putting dirty objects from the floor into their mouths while no one’s watching. 😠 Terrible Staff Behavior Staff members are often moody and unfriendly—not just with the kids, but also toward parents. Basic courtesy seems to be a struggle here. 📉 Absolutely Poor Communication Communication is a disaster. It's inconsistent, unclear, and frustrating. Staff avoid taking any responsibility when issues arise. Any concerns raised by parents are either ignored or brushed off—no follow-ups, no investigations, no accountability. It feels like they simply don’t care. 💢 Be Prepared for Dirty Clothes—Every Day No matter what, your child will return home messy and unkempt. This is concerning and raises questions about the accuracy of your records. While I could mention specific staff members involved, I’d prefer not to do so here. More importantly, I want to address the recent conversation I had with your Educational Leader/2nd in charge regarding ongoing issues with my kid. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of actively listening and working towards a resolution, she seemed more focused on responding defensively. She admitted there was nothing she could do, which I found completely unacceptable. During this heated discussion, I expressed that I would no longer be bringing my son to the centre starting Monday. Her only response was to remind me that I would still be required to pay for the next two weeks due to centre policy. She seems more focused on avoiding the issue or finding solution. At that point, I made it clear that your policy was not my concern — my priority is my child's safety and well-being. I no longer feel confident that he is safe or being properly cared for at your centre, and this has made it impossible for me to focus on work without constant worry. What’s even more frustrating is that this is my second child attending your centre, yet somehow I’m not in your system. You’ve mentioned I should have brought these issues directly to you — but you’re rarely present, and this is not the first time I’ve raised concerns.
