I recently booked a tour at this childcare centre, but unfortunately, my initial impression wasn't great. Meals are not prepared on the premises. The staff to child ratio seemed inadequate, and I noticed that the babies were crying for extended periods without much attention. The supervision of the children also seemed lacking. Overall, the atmosphere & vibe felt off.

A huge thank you to Miss Mesh and all the amazing teachers at the centre - your care, patience, and dedication really make a difference. We're so lucky to put our child for care at brightly, extremely satisfied with the care our child receives here. The centre follows our home routine with care and consistency, listens to our concerns, and treats us like family. All the Staff / instructors & Director Meshie are friendly, supportive and dedicated that their calm and comforting approach has made every transition of our little one very smooth. I never once considered sending my child anywhere else! Knowing they're there to discuss even the smallest thing makes all the difference. Thank you Brightly team!
