We have had such a beautiful experience with this childcare centre over the past two years. Both of my children attended, and from the very beginning we felt supported, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The educators are absolutely incredible—kind, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. They take the time to understand each child individually, and it shows in the confidence and happiness my kids built during their time there. One thing that will always stay with me is the way they embraced and supported our family around my daughter’s heart condition. Each year, they went above and beyond to acknowledge and celebrate it in a way that brought awareness, inclusion, and kindness into the centre. It wasn’t just recognised—it was embraced with so much love and intention. As a parent, that meant more than words can explain. Communication has always been clear and consistent, which gave me so much peace of mind. I always felt informed, included, and reassured that my children were in safe and nurturing hands. The centre itself is always clean, well-organised, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning through play. My children not only developed socially and emotionally, but also grew in independence and confidence. I’m so incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and support my children received here. It truly feels like a community, not just a childcare centre. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for their children.

My son has been attending this centre since last year. In the beginning, it was quite challenging for him to settle in. He would often cry, showed little interest in activities, did not participate with his peers, and lacked confidence. Over time, we have seen a remarkable improvement. He is now actively involved in group activities, speaks confidently in his class, and interacts much better with his peers. Knowing his nature, we understand how big this change is, as he usually prefers familiar friends and finds it difficult to socialise. We would like to thank miss Nidhi, Manisha, miss sarai and miss lynette for their care and support at the beginning. We would like to sincerely thank Miss Michelle, miss devyani and other staffs for their efforts. His progress from the first day to now has been truly wonderful to see. We highly recommend this centre, and we believe Miss Michelle from Kindy 1 is exceptional.

Definitely underrated. My son attended there for about three months and had a very good experience. The staff are friendly and professional, and the environment is welcoming. I feel reassured knowing that my son is in good hands. My son has a history of febrile seizures, and the staff were still able to care for him and look after him well. They were also attentive enough to notice when he had a fever, which gave me a lot of confidence in their care and observation.

My son had been at Doolandella Early Learning Centre and i must say from the centre mananger to all the staff are very polite and welcoming and they take good care of the children. I had a good 2years experience. Thank you for taking good care of my child.

My daughter has been at DELC since she was 9months old and is currently 4 in the Kindy 1 class, getting ready to transition to school next year. I cannot talk more highly of the incredible team and management. The centre has some truely wonderful educators who care deeply for the children’s best interests and education. My daughter has formed some beautiful relationship and connections over the past few years.
