My two children attend Green Leaves at Richlands and I am impressed with the stability in staffing and overall care. My two year old loves her teachers and is always talking about Candice, Sam, Yas and Selane! My younger child has settled wonderfully in the nursery with Kym, Beth and Jacqui! His development has truly blossomed since starting at Green Leaves. As someone who works in the sector (but not at this centre) I have very high expectations of my children’s educators and the pedagogy and practice. These have been exceeded by the team at Richlands and I am very impressed with how well they know each child, especially as it is a busy and large centre!

This centre is outstanding! The staff's passion for their work and dedication to our boys well-being has always evident in the exceptional care they provide. I have always felt secure and confident that our boys are receiving top-notch care and attention, and I am so grateful for the remarkable progress they are making under the staff's expert guidance! Picking up the boys and hearing about their wonderful experiences is the highlight of my day; it has a real family feel! The educators are so engaged with the children, the joy is evident in how they share and celebrate all their conquests and occasional personality quriks shining through!

As a first-time mum, I was naturally anxious about leaving my son in someone else’s care, but from the very first day at Green Leaves Richlands, all of those worries were put to rest. The team has been nothing short of amazing, warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child’s happiness and development. My son absolutely loves it here! He comes home smiling and it’s clear he feels safe, happy, and stimulated. The learning experiences are thoughtfully planned, and the environment is always clean, calm, and welcoming. I also have to give huge credit to the incredible management team. Their communication is consistent, open, and reassuring. They’ve created a culture of trust and support that made such a big difference during those early, nervous weeks. Looking for a childcare centre? Look no further because Green Leaves Richlands is the place to be at. You may ask - why? Well, why not? The main space is always so welcoming and each visit I make there’s always new improvements whether they are big or small. In addition, they are always open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve how they work. The staff are respectful, polite, always helping out and forever going above and beyond. The staff give a family type of vibe where I myself feel easily comfortable to speak with them. I have been able to refer friends to the centre and would agree on not only the above but also how inclusive and accomodating the centre is. My child has attended for the past 2yrs and ongoing. Very immaculate daycare centre. Warm welcoming educators and management staff are very well organised in the centre with wonderful communication and regular updates for my child in the parent’s portal. This daycare centre is very family oriented and my child early leaning development is on track and learning new things everyday. They also have an amazing centre director Jess who’s driven and passionate about early learning development and also who has done wonderful work within the daycare Centre from including cultural activities, events and diversity. Happy parent definitely a recommended daycare centre.
