I can't say enough positive things about AB Paterson College ECC teams! The staff here are incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for the children. My children absolutely loves going to AB Paterson every day and has grown so much since starting there. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and filled with engaging activities for the kids. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved in my child's development. I highly recommend AB Paterson College Early Childcare centre to any parent looking for high-quality childcare in the area.

Great educators and beautiful centre!

The centre closes at 6pm, I was running late and arrived at the centre 5 minutes to 6pm, the educator on duty was not impressed obviously. When I walked in the room, my 3 yrs old was helping packing up toys, the educator walked to him and grabbed toy off his hand and shouted at him, "Put this away! You cannot stay here the whole night!" My 3 yrs old was stunned and started crying laying on the ground, the educator walked out the room without saying a word to me. Another educator came over and help carry the screaming kid into car park, I was left with the screaming kid in car park for half hour as he cried so hard. I arranged time off the following day to give this feedback to the management, was told they are all in the meeting. I told the lady I had arranged the morning off, and wish to see someone in-person, I was told no one knows how long the meeting would be. Another lady came out extremely rude asking me to leave contact and leave. I don't want to ruin all other educators'efforts because of one or two rude staff's poor behaviour. But it is very disappointing to see no one is willing to take feedback.
