We’ve had a really lovely experience with Sunkids Benowa. The educators are friendly, caring and make the children feel welcome and comfortable. It’s lovely to see the kids enjoying their days, learning new things and taking part in fun activities. As a parent, it means a lot knowing your children are in a place where they feel safe, happy and cared for. Thank you to the team for all the love and care you give the children every day.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Benowa Sunkids and especially with our amazing educator, Miss Meimei. Even before my child joined Meimei’s class, she was always so kind, warm, and caring. Now that my child is in her class, we feel so grateful to have her as a teacher. She genuinely cares about every child and creates a safe, happy, and supportive environment. Her patience, love, and dedication give parents great confidence and peace of mind every day.

My little one has been attending the nursery for almost 6 months, and I can honestly say the care and attention he receives is amazing. His educator, Miss Linh, is absolutely wonderful. The way my son reacts around her says it all — he’s always so happy and comfortable with her. She always makes sure his nappy is changed, he’s in clean clothes, and well looked after. After he was home sick for two days, she even messaged me to check if he was okay. That level of care means so much to us. She’s truly incredible! I also have to mention Miss Kiki, who takes care of the food. My son laughs every morning when I drop him off and he sees her. The only downside is that now he says no to my bad cooking as he loves hers so much 😂 We really appreciate all the love, care, and attention every staff member gives to the kids. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing our little one is in such good hands.

Since the new Centre Manager came on board, we’ve noticed such a positive change at Sunkids Benowa. The whole centre feels more organised, welcoming, and full of energy. The communication with families has really improved — we always know what’s happening day-to-day, and it’s clear how much care goes into everything they do. It’s been amazing to see how the new leadership has lifted the whole centre. You can feel the difference in the atmosphere and the team spirit. I am writing to share my positive experience with Benowa Sunkids, where my children have been attending for nearly three years. I am particularly impressed with our new Centre Manager, Carol. Since Carol's arrival, she has successfully created a safe, kind, and tranquil environment at the center. She has been incredibly understanding and accommodating, especially with the needs of my eldest daughter, who requires extra assistance. What I appreciate most about this center is its intimate atmosphere. Unlike other Sunkids centers, it feels like a boutique daycare with a smaller number of children. This allows for closer relationships with all the staff and even other attending families.

Families considering this centre may want to take the time to look a little deeper than surface-level impressions. While the centre presents well at first glance, there are serious concerns about the culture behind the scenes — especially at the management level. It’s also worth noting that the company regularly encourages families to leave five-star reviews in exchange for entry into prize draws. This kind of incentive system makes it difficult to trust the online ratings as a genuine reflection of experience. Every family wants to feel confident in the people responsible for their child’s wellbeing — but unfortunately, with this company, decisions often seem to be driven more by money than by genuine care. That becomes clear once you look beyond the polished image.

Despite the recent change of centre manager and some staff turnover, Sunkids Benowa continues to be a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for our children. We are so grateful for the team’s ongoing dedication and care. A special thank you to Miss Kim, who is always so attentive to our family’s needs. Miss Davinder has brought wonderful energy and creativity to the Junior Kindy room, her fun and engaging approach to teaching has made such a positive impact. Miss Sally and Miss Renee in the Kindy room are so caring and thoughtful, always making sure our shy little boy feels included and confident to join in. We also want to acknowledge the ongoing support from Miss Jessa, Miss Moon, Miss Thi, Miss Victoria, Miss Jolie, Chef Kiki, and all the other wonderful educators who help make each day feel special. I’m really disappointed with the constant staff turnover at this kindy. It’s incredibly unsettling for both children and parents when educators are constantly changing. Stability and consistency are crucial in a childcare environment, and that’s been severely lacking. From what I’ve seen and experienced, the high turnover seems to stem from poor management and a lack of clear communication and support from the company itself. It’s hard to trust a service with your child when even the staff don’t feel supported enough to stay.
