As a family, we have a wonderful experience at Herston Road. The staff are a top notch team, that have the interests of the whole family at heart. From the director, leadership team, room teams and room support teams. We feel 100% supported. Keep doing what you do!

Berni and the team at C&K Herston Road is one of the best Child Care centres around. All educators are warm and welcoming to the centre. The yards and food are fantastic.

The grounds are leafy and the playground gives the little ones plenty of space to explore. Though quite dangerous because the lawns (dust bowl) need to be turfed. Our child often came home with scrapes because of the uneven surfaces. Saranya in Nursery is a beautiful soul and looked after my grandchild with love, care and pride. Diana and Rada were beautiful and fantastic educators . Unfortunately we were not allowed to say good bye. The Centre manager Berni is lovely to the parents initially and very helpful but she lacks the managerial skills to handle difficult situations appropriately. Extremely poor communication. I do not recommend this Herston Rd C and K. 2 stars go to the lovely staff.

This is without a doubt one of the most lovely childcare centres you will come across. Bernie is incredibly caring, and we absolutely loved having our son attend this centre. It is a beautiful, quiet centre that cares deeply for their children, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to other parents.
At C&K Herston Road Community Long Day Care, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week.
As a home away from home, our environment provides feelings of being safe, secure and supported while in the care of our qualified educators. At C&K we support our team to nurture play-based learning, develop caring relationships with children and our families, and foster a lifelong love of learning with every child in our care.
Our centre has a combination of both age-based rooms and communal learning spaces where siblings and children of all ages can come together to learn and play. Our spacious playgrounds offer established gardens, lovely shade trees, and a large sand pit in each play space. There are many play opportunities for the children across all areas of development, encouraging each child's natural curiosity to play and discover.
C&K childcare centres offer quality education and care programs where we focus on a unique infant and toddler approach, as well as delivering the approved kindergarten program for 4 year olds. Best of all, we provide flexible options where you can choose the hours of care to suit your family.
We are located off Herston Road in Herston and entry to our centre is via Sports Lane, opposite the QUT Kelvin Grove stadium and behind QUT Kelvin Grove campus. Our centre is less than 15 minutes from the Brisbane city centre and close to bus stops servicing the area.
