We are absolutely thrilled to have chosen to GC&E King Street for our little love to attend. The entire team are amazing, from the centre manager (Trina), to her nursery teachers (Mitch, Lizzy, Glanndy and Aloha), and everyone else. The communication is consistent and intentional via Storypark, email & phone. We always look forward to our child’s daily learning exchange. We are so grateful for the level of care the team have for our little one & our family.

It has been a wonderful three years for both my daughter and my son at King Street! Although the management changed often, King Street has been fortunate to have some of the best educators, including Anu, Jexy, Jib, Lizzy, and Glanndy.

I had a graduation bear made for my child once she completed Kindy last year. My child changed from her daycare in previous years to complete kindy at Guardian King St. We had a positive experience with admin, teachers, and the overall learning environment. I was really happy with my child’s kindy experience thanks to Guardian C&E King St. Recommend.

My kids have been attending Guardian at King Street for over three years. It’s a warm and nurturing centre with responsible and caring educators. Despite being located in the city, it still offers a decent outdoor play area. The spaces for babies, toddlers, and kindy-aged children are thoughtfully separated to provide a safe environment for the kids. We truly appreciate all the educators for their dedication and care.

Very supportive team and the educators are really involved with children having had a challenge with my son whether he would be unsettled when he first started ,they really helped him settle in and adjust which gave me peace and comfort knowing my child was in good hands,safe and supported emotionally He was happy ,involved and content which as a parent it's one of the things you look for especially when you are leaving your child in someone else's care.my son loves them and is always excited when to see them when he goes. Quality care is key and am really happy and blessed with the team for their good job and on going support not just for the kids but for parents as well,the center is clean promoting good hygiene as well

Not recommend, pls avoid if you can. Can’t meet basic food safety rule and gave allergy snack to my kid then the explanation is the staff didn’t know there’s allergy item in it. Management team has no efficiency and communication is bad & nonprofessional. They don’t seem like care kids much. Has reported to education department and breach issued after investigation. Think again before sending your kids there.

We have been very happy with Guardian King Street. It is well run, organised and the educators have been consistent since we started there which is a sign of a good centre. The educators take a genuine interest in our daughter. They organise great activities for the children and it is evident that they are continually trying out new ideas to make improvements.

My daughter has been attending Guardian King Street for over 12 months. The staff have been consistent over that time and are all excellent. Belinda, the centre manager, is wonderful and runs a tight ship. I was advised by someone in the childcare industry prior to my daughter starting daycare to choose a centre based on the NQS accreditation and seek out a daycare that is ‘exceeding’ accreditation. This has been excellent advice and the quality of the care at Guardian King Street is exceptional. We briefly had our daughter attending another centre closer to our home for a couple of days per week earlier this year, but ultimately we decided to keep her at Guardian exclusively as despite the longer drive it is a much higher quality centre. The other centre she briefly attended was only ‘meeting’ accreditation criteria so I can confidently say from our experience that the NQS rating accurately reflects the quality of care provided.
