So happy that the new management is family-owned. I have peace of mind knowing that a genuinely caring mother is operating the centre rather than a large corporate. I've noticed a big change in the culture and environment of the centre, with a lot of emphasis on quality care, child safety, a really active program and much better customer service. Also love the boutique size of the centre. It means there's a small team of familiar faces and the centre has such a calming feeling. I would recommend Happy Explorers to any parent that is looking for trustworthy and high quality care where children are always put first. Thank you Happy Explorers!

Incredible management team. Their communication is always excellent and I feel so safe to leave our child in their safe hands.

My child has been thriving, and it’s all thanks to the Happy Explorers team!

The entire team is so warm, caring, and welcoming.

My child had no previous experience attending childcare. He started at Happy Explorers, and he was able to settle in very quickly with the special care and support of the educators. It’s such a reassuring feeling to know that my child is happy and safe in this environment.

I was also worried about sending my child to daycare because he has so many food allergies. At Happy Explorers, Sandra made me feel comfortable because she quickly started making changes to accommodate his needs. After seeing him attend for some time, I could see the effort that the educators have put into providing a safe environment for him. Especially Ms Bec — she is amazing!

Another positive about the centre is that they’ve made it easy for parents to track whether their child has had their nappy changed, napped, and been fed. I love this, and it helps me so much!

My kids look forward to going to childcare everyday and they love the educators who make them feel like family 🤍 since new management I’ve noticed they do more educational activities and are on time with the observation journals, highly recommend.

As a return to work mum, I was nervous about putting my child into daycare. From the moment we stepped into the centre, we were so welcomed and felt so incredibly calm. My nerves were settled once I spoke to the Director and all the lovely ladies at the centre. My child loves the centre and is always excited to socialise and see friends and teachers! Happy explorers has such a warm and friendly environment where I can see children thrive! Would absolutely recommend this centre 100%
5/5 stars

From the moment we toured Happy Explorers, we knew it was the right place for our family. The educators genuinely listen, are understanding and caring.

Happy Explorers truly feels like family. We're so grateful to Sandra and the team, and would highly recommend them to any family looking for nurturing, high-quality care.

We are so glad we found Happy Explorers Learning Academy. Even though we don’t live nearby and have several other daycares just a stone’s throw away, Happy Explorers truly stood out from the beginning.

Sandra and her team are genuinely passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. When my little one first started, I was naturally nervous and found myself calling often for updates and reassurance. Not once did the team make me feel like I was a burden — instead, they were always warm, understanding, and reassuring.

They offered thoughtful advice when needed, and the quality of care they provided was evident. Every single pick-up, my little one was happy, settled, and in the best mood — which speaks volumes.

We feel so grateful to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment for our child. Highly recommend to any family looking for care that truly feels like an extension of home. Thank you team!

We couldn't have asked for a better start to our daughter's childcare experience

From the very first day, the team at Happy Explorers Learning Academy took the time to really understand our daughter's needs — not just in a general sense, but the little things that matter. Sandra and the team have been so thorough in explaining her progress, her day, and even small changes, and the communication has been consistent and genuine, not just a quick update in passing.

As a dad, that peace of mind means everything. We always feel like our daughter is truly cared for, not just supervised. Can't thank Sandra and the whole team enough for the wonderful experience they've given our family.

Sandra and the team take really good care of the children and treat them with love and respect. My son always has a great day at daycare and returns happy and having learnt something new. I really appreciate that Sandra places a lot of care and attention to curriculum and activities such as weekly gymnastics classes, incursions as well as educational themed weeks such as science week. The team take on parent feedback and enjoy working with us to set goal for our children. Thank you team!
