I would like to share my experience with my baby’s childcare, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything has been. From the very beginning, the educators have been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about the children, and that gives me so much comfort as a parent. Every time I drop my baby off, she is excited and smiling, and when I pick her up, she’s still in such a happy mood which tells me she feels safe, loved, and comfortable in their environment. One thing I really appreciate is how many activities they do with the children. There’s always something fun and meaningful happening, especially with arts and sensory play. My baby enjoys exploring new things every day, and I can see how much confidence and curiosity she’s building. She has learned so much and so quickly since starting there from her social skills to her ability to focus and participate in activities. It’s amazing to see her development, and I truly believe the educators play a huge role in that. Communication is also great. I always feel updated about her day, what she did, how she felt, and anything new she tried. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s well taken care of and constantly engaged. Overall, I am very grateful to all the educators and staff. Thank you for creating such a warm, nurturing, and fun environment for my baby. It means so much knowing she is surrounded by people who genuinely care for her growth and happiness. I really appreciate everything you all do. 😃

I am absolutely over the moon with how well our Bub has settled in. Even with the first few weeks having a hard drop off, bub has significantly improved which has made things much easier for myself. Yourself and your staff have been amazing with helping both myself and bub transition back into daycare. If it wasn’t for Miss Seny helping with bub being upset in the mornings and the lovely lady in the very first room, supporting me while bubba was being upset, I think I might have caved and kept him home. Miss Taylah has been beyond amazing with again both little man and myself. I’m constantly updated if anything happens no matter the severity which his old daycare never did and he just adores her, As well as all the other lovely ladies who help take care of him, can’t fault anything. My partner and I are both beyond confident that moving our little family to your centre was the best decision we ever made. We very much look forward to many more years to come.

My daughter went here for nearly year. Unfortunately there was a number of incidents that happened to her, information relating to those incidents were not added onto incidents reports. My experience here was very bad and I do not recommend this centre to any parent with young ones. Young ones are needing love and support, they don’t deserve to be hurt. Then have parents left in dark when information is missing or not available at the time of incident.

I've never seen nor experienced a daycare quite like this one, it is unbelievably welcoming. Taihla and her team do a phenomenal job, my son absolutely adores miss mikayla and has even made best friends in his class. There's always going to be issues when dealing with toddlers as they're unpredictable but the team deals with them flawlessly and has an amazing level of communication, I've had some rough times lately and the team have honestly had me in tears with the effort they put into my beautiful boy. I want them all to know the effort doesn't go unnoticed and I truly appreciate them, if you are willing to take the time to come in to sit and play with your child in the mornings/afternoons you will see how truly caring the team here is so thank you so much to Taihla and the team we really do appreciate you all so much. ❤️

Petra from Lead childcare Burpengary dedicated a lot of her time to support a family. She is amazing!

We moved up from sydney about a year ago and i looked at so many different daycares. This one stuck out the most because of how friendly and clean they are!!! My son is only 2n half and i understand everything he is telling me. He has so much confidence in his speech and himself, he has learnt so much! The educators are so beautiful they are like family just really lovely and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My son started at LEAD in OSHC aged 6 in term 4 of 2019. He is diagnosed ASD and I was apprehensive about starting him at a new centre. I really wanted to say, that since the beginning - the whole process from enrollment to booking him in with ease over school holidays (taking so much pressure off a single full time working mum)and now first week back at school has been a dream. I pick him up and can see him active, playing and laughing with children and staff who are actually interacting and not spending time packing up yards or cleaning. It is so nice to be greeted by the same staff every afternoon with absolutely fantastic communication on Alexander's day. Miss Kiara and Miss Katherine (sorry I hope I spelt your names right) you are both doing an amazing job. Thank you so much ladies!

I love Lead Childcare at Burpengary. My son has been with them from toddler to kindergarten. Not only is he better prepared for Prep than most children his age, he is excited about learning and I credit Lead for inspiring that.
