We feel incredibly fortunate to have found a childcare centre so close to home, with a well-maintained outdoor play area and regularly updated toys and gym equipment that continue to engage the children. The centre’s communication through the app has been excellent. I receive timely updates on my son’s daily activities, including his food intake, sleep times, nappy changes, and learning experiences. These updates provide great peace of mind and allow us to feel involved in his day, even when we’re apart. I also deeply value the educators’ efforts in tracking and sharing developmental milestones. Their insights have given us a clearer understanding of our son’s progress and the goals they are working towards with him. While increased exposure to other children has naturally brought a higher risk of common illnesses, the benefits of childcare have far outweighed the challenges. We’ve seen significant growth in our son’s social adaptability, language development, and motor skills. As he transitions into the toddler room, we’re excited to continue this journey. My son has been going here for almost 2 years and soon my second will be going too. The educators and centre management are great and very caring. I like their values and approach to things and have had only good experiences. I choose this place as it feels very intimate & personal and because of the great outdoor space.

My four year old has been going to the centre since he was 11 months old and we have had a great experience. My one year old has just started here as well and is also loving it. All the staff and educators are so friendly and attentive.

My daughter has been attending Noranda for nearly a year now and we are incredibly happy with the service. The beautiful shady outdoor areas which are consistently well maintained throughout the day is what drew me to this particular daycare, that and it's proximity to the local primary school. The care that the educators and all staff give the children is exceptional and my 18 month old is always eager to get to daycare and says her educators names with such excitement and love. There was a need for some staff changes and the way this was conducted was with hand overs and easing the kids into the new arrangements was fantastic and something I've not experienced in other daycares with my older child. Staff are mainly long term and any that have left in the past year have been to travel or maternity leave which shows the exceptional culture that management have created. Management are caring and easy to have a conversation with and the Chef is delightful and provides delicious nutritious meals. It's also very reasonably priced and a not for profit which is hard to come by in the money making machine of some daycare chains. They have a RAP in place and a willingness to continue to build their cultural competence which was another big tick for me.

The food cooked is wholesome and healthy and there is consistency with staff working so they can build relationships with the educators. They give you regular updates on what the kids have been doing and all the fun activities they have planned. Lots of outdoor play for fresh air and access to nature. We love Noranda Child Care Centre!
