Our daughter goes to Rossi and absolutely loves it! We love all of the staff, the updates we receive and the creative curriculum the educators facilitate.

Teressa and the team at Rossi’s Child Care have been incredibly over the last 2 years. My son loves coming in each day, often talking about how nice and fun his “teachers” are after the days finished. The team have supported us through challenging behaviours and toilet training with kindness and a wealth of knowledge. They have made the challenging decision of returning to work easier as I know my son is loved and cared for there.

Both my daughter's have attended Rossi from about 9 months old, my eldest is 3.5 and my youngest 1.5. The staff are amazing and consistent which says a lot about a daycare. Its a real homely feel which I love. My girls are always happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. I recommend Rossi to my brother and his daughter also attends now and loves it.

Our son has been attending Rossi since 7 months of age and has done nothing but create fantastic memories. A consistent and stable group of educators, amazing attention to detail making daily experiences magical and a deep care for my child's development and progression.<br>Over 2 years at this centre and our experience here has surpassed our expectations. Could not recommend them more highly. Thank you Teresa and all of the Rossi team, you are truly wonderful.

Our son has gone to Rossi for the past few years- it has been great for his social development and my wife and I are very at ease knowing he is being well cared for with compassion whilst we are at work. Centre may not be as flash as the newer built daycares but the key is the staff, the lady’s are amazing and so caring at Rossi with plenty of long term staff which is what is most important to me. Special shout out to Sofia who welcomes my boy with a big cuddle, makes drop offs so much nicer for us!

Teresa and the team as Rossi’s have been great over the past 3yrs we’ve been there. You can see the genuine care for the children and the wonderful work that they do. The home cooked meals are also great, even my fussy eater asks me to get the recipes for some of the meals they eat at day care so he can have them at home! There have also been great play and learning opportunities and incursions through the year. Thank you!

Our son is going to this day care from start and we are thankful for providing such a nurturing environment for the children. Staff is very friendly, caring and very personable. He always come home happy and excited about his day. Thank you for the wonderful care and attention provided.

They are very bad childcare and are suspected of disregarding the safety and lives of the children. Why didn't you call parents promptly after the incident? Instead, you casually mentioned it was an accident at the end of the day. Now, it's not just minor injuries; it's potentially life-threatening and could lead to infections! Do your employees lack professionalism, guidelines, and compassion. Also they never call and tell me abt this when it happens, until I pick him up and realised he got bitten. I just think they are too careless and don’t care. How can trust this childcare anymore!!<br><br>When My husband picked up my child from this childcare center on 5th April 5:24pm, he was extremely sad, angry, and utterly disappointed by what he saw on our son’s face. His face was swollen with bruise mark around his eyes as the staff told me he was bitten by one of the child in the center. He also noticed signs of another child being bitten and also saw many reports on the table. When my husband asked the teacher about it, she didn't mention any details or reasons, just asked him to sign. We then took our son to the doctor, who was also furious. This kind of incident is unacceptable as it poses a threat to life and can lead to serious injuries or bacterial infections.<br><br>Moreover, it's not the first time our son got bitten at the same center by the same child. Our son has been at this center for four weeks, and he has been bitten twice.<br><br>Four incidents occurred simultaneously on April 5th. I requested a report from you, but haven't received any emails yet. However, now I no longer need it. I'll let everyone know, and the public can decide for themselves what is your guys the responsibility.

My little boy has been going to Rossi for a few months now and to watch him grow and thrive there has been amazing. The staff are lovely and they've made our transition into daycare a dream. They have been really understanding with any issues that have risen and are always understanding of his needs. He gets good wholesome food and I know he is well looked after, I feel so much better going to work knowing he's learning and being well taken care of there. I couldn't recommend these guys more if I tried.

We made the decision to change daycares and chose Rossi. My daughter has started attending Rossi - a week prior to Easter, she has developed and flourished so much in little time. She gets excited to get ready and attend daycare now, it has been such a positive change.<br>We have felt like part of Rossi family since day one, the care and attention given to her has brought her personality out even more. We really appreciate the team for creating a safe and fun space for our daughter.
