Our family are beyond grateful for the care, guidance, expertise and support from Heritage House at Hornsby throughout the orientation and settling in period and Nursery program which our little one attends. We really appreciate how caring, responsive and nurturing the educators are, how thoughtful, diverse and enriching the daily activities are, and how consistent and open all communication is. This has made a huge difference in enabling me to return to work trusting that my child is safe, cared for and surrounded by friends, not to mention eating like a king! Thank you to all the staff and team from the bottom of our hearts.

The team at Heritage House Hornsby are warm and welcoming. The educators treat the children like their own family and as a parent I always feel warmly welcomed whenever I’m there for drop off, pick up or the wonderful family/cultural events that are held throughout the year. My Son has been going to HHH for 3 years now and all staff are wonderful. All his friends educators Dona, Rhona, Futoshi - They have taught him so much and loves going back there. Vanessa the director has her finger on the pulse and knows and attends to every small detail we bring to her attention. She is amazing. I have said it before and will say it again. HHH is his home away from home

As a full-time working mum, enrolling my son at Heritage House Hornsby when he turned one was one of the best decisions we made. From day one, the team made us feel welcome and supported. The educators provide excellent care, and the parent app keeps us updated daily on his activities, milestones, and meals. The centre also has an in-house chef Ms Lida who prepares nutritious meals with a regularly rotating menu. My son is now in preschool and is thriving. He loves the variety of activities and has grown so much in confidence and development. We are especially grateful to educators Ms Rhona Ms Senneca Shristy Saeideh Kiran Futoshi and supervisor Ms Vanessa, who have been wonderful throughout his journey from nursery to toddlerhood to preschool. I’m happy with Hornsby Heritage House (HHH) childcare and the care my daughter gets here. The educators are super friendly, caring, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. Thank you Ms. Rhona, Ms. Shristy, Ms. Senneca, Ms. Sisi and entire HHH team. My daughter is fussy with new faces. But she settled in really well and actually looks forward to going in, which says a lot. She has become more confident, social, and independent since starting here, and I love seeing how much she’s learning. The childcare centre supervisor (Ms. Vanessa) is highly professional and also very hands-on with the children. And She’s also very organised and has a structured way of managing everything at the centre. HHH lets parents set yearly goals for kids and they work towards the goals. HHH does a great job creating a multicultural environment for kids by celebrating different festivals throughout the year. Overall, it’s a really warm and supportive environment, and I’d definitely recommend it to other parents.
