Excellent child care centre. It is very well run and managed with a high level of professionalism. The educators are so caring and attentive to my daughter's needs. I highly recommend Kinda-mindi Bella Vista to any family looking for quality care.

I couldn’t be more happier with this childcare centre. The educators provide excellent service and truly genuine care to our children every day. It’s a warm, nurturing and professional environment, and we feel completely confident leaving our kids here. I receive regular updates with photos and videos — both individual and group activities — which gives me great peace of mind. My daughter has grown from the baby room to the prep room and has had the opportunity to learn from almost all the educators. Every one of them has shown patience, kindness and professionalism. Even the part-time educators are exceptional — caring, loving and dedicated. Our experience has been nothing but positive, so it’s hard to understand any negative feedback. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to other families.

Our experience here was Average at best. My child was in the koala (1 year old) room for 1 day a week. - Few pictures (less than 20) provided to parents for the day so we actually had very little insight into what activities our child was doing on the day. - Head Supervisor is not very approachable or supportive. - Too often there were new carers in the room. - Child injury was not reported to us in a timely manner. - Injury policy on above shoulder injuries apparently only applies to head injuries. Be very clear on what will happen if the child is injured ( eg eye, mouth, neck, nose etc), there are loopholes. Positive: - Great app where they capture live nappy, sleep and eating for the day. - Centre owner appreciates feedback and said she would address our concerns. Ultimately, we removed our child so cannot comment further. - Newer centre, newer facilities.

The entire team, are warm, caring and go above and beyond to ensure they meet the individual needs of the children in their care each day. A crucial part of this success is due to the way the entire team regularly communicate with the families, creating true partnerships. The management team at Bella Vista, are truly exceptional, with so much knowledge and care for what they do. They offer incredible support to their team and the families. The centre itself is truly purpose built and well resourced, with stunning outdoor areas for each age group, allowing children to engage in physical spaces in ways that encourage individuality and exploration. This is a Childcare Service, that truly does care. I highly recommend Kinda-Mindi!

What can I say? Book in a tour now! If you are looking for a professionally run daycare centre where they treat your child like family and understand and encourage all different kinds of individuality (cultural/inclusiveness/personalities) in a brand new, state of the art facility, then you have found your place. The educators/staff from the kitchen, to the rooms, to management are exceptional and the warmth they not only give to your child, but to you as parents is so heart warming. I would like to mention Team Amy & Amy. I think how they manage/support their team and deal with us parents is a pivotal reason why they are so highly recommended. They have been super proactive since day dot of enquiry and my child has not been happier. They support a childs needs as individual and actually spend time with them to get to know what works for them and using their strength to encourage growth and support development. When you start at a daycare, you are leaving your child in someone's hands who you hope can care just as much as you and your child isn't just a number in a classroom, and we have found that here.
