Our daughter has been at this centre for about 4 years now. She’s thriving thanks to the educators and kinder teachers’ care and attention. What drew us to this centre was actually the children we observed during our tour and trial. They were helpful to one another and all had a voice. We took it as the staff modeled such an environment which is what we wanted for our child. Over the years we also observed all staff doing their very best to accommodate the needs of all children (and parents) and we sincerely appreciate that.

Very poor experience with this childcare centre. We had to call over 8 - 10 times before finally getting a response from the Centre Manager, Jo — she does not return calls, making communication extremely frustrating. CCS was not applied correctly, and we were charged full fees for weeks until the issue was finally resolved. Our child regularly comes home with soiled underwear, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and care. On several occasions, we've found the kinder room unsupervised, with children left alone. I saw a child eating paper/plastic in the reading corner during pickup — staff were not even aware, and we had to step in and alert them. Incident reports are not being completed for above-the-shoulder injuries, which goes against basic safety policies. The kinder room is always messy, chaotic, and disorganised. It closes around 4pm every day, with children being moved into another class due to low centre occupancy — which is disruptive and doesn’t feel fair on the children. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, care, and basic supervision. Would not recommend this centre based on our experience

We also offer Integrated Kinder. This means that your child can benefit from the government-funded Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten programs and access additional hours of care in the morning and afternoon outside of the kinder program. This makes integrated kinder a popular choice for active and working families. You can drop off and pick up your child any time during the opening times.
