We couldn’t be happier with Billabong Early Child Care Centre. Our eldest daughter attended from when she was a baby, and now our youngest daughter goes there and absolutely loves it too. Seeing both of our girls thrive there has given us complete confidence in the centre.<br><br>One of the things we love most is seeing the same familiar, friendly faces every time we walk through the door. The staff are genuinely caring, kind and nurturing, and the centre has such a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. Our daughter is always excited to go, which says so much about how happy, safe and loved she feels.<br><br>A special thank you to Shani, whose leadership is outstanding. She is compassionate, approachable and truly cares about every child and family. It’s clear that her values are reflected throughout the entire team.<br><br>Leaving your child in someone else’s care is never easy, but we have complete peace of mind knowing our daughter is in safe hands and surrounded by people who genuinely love and care for her. The communication with families is excellent, and it’s obvious that the educators take the time to get to know each child as an individual.<br><br>We are so grateful to everyone at Billabong for creating such a positive, nurturing environment. We highly recommend Billabong to any family looking for a childcare centre where their child will be genuinely cared for and feel right at home.

I have my 2 year old girl in this centre since she was about 8months old and she loves it. Now expecting our second child and will be putting him there too. All the educators are amazing and they have accommodated our use of cloth nappies too! Super recommend :)

We are so happy with this daycare! Shani, the manager, is absolutely lovely, and the educators are welcoming, caring, and supportive. They create such a warm and nurturing environment for the children. The best part for me is that my daughter calls it “my lovely daycare” which says it all. She feels safe, happy, and excited to attend each day. We truly appreciate the wonderful team and everything they do! 💛

Our children have attended this daycare for more than six years and absolutely thrived. The educators are exceptional, so caring and attentive and always ready to share updates. Their detailed observations and regular check ins (even organising parent-educator nights!) have been invaluable. The wide range of activities, wonderful outdoor spaces and supportive staff have made our time here very special.

This daycare contacted me for a deposit, then disappeared and refused to refund. Possible scam.

My child has attended Billabong for the past 10 months now. He has a speech delay which the centre is really amazing at supporting us with. He's happy & loves playing outside all day lol

Hi, My children have been attending billabong now for 3 years. The care they receive is outstanding and I highly recommend billabong to parents and families who are looking for a center to enroll their child. All staff are committed, dedicated, professional and super friendly. Unlike other day care centers there is no staff turn over allowing for my children to create close bonds with their educators. The center is also very clean and staff follow strict hygiene practices which they share with children. All staff communicate effectively and are quick to respond. Diverse activities are planned and implemented for the children to participate in. When my children transitioned to the next room my husband and I were always supported and given frequent updates. Both my children absolutely love billabong and are always excited to go. I could not be happier with billabong :)

Enrolling our child to Billabong was our best decision. The centre is amazing, it's wholesome, full of love, kindness and good energy. The educators are passionate about their work and they are very good at what they do. My child has never been so happy to go to daycare.
