We’ve recently started sending our 3 boys to Children’s Village and could not be happier. Xrystine runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond to secure our children’s privacy and safety.<br>They take early education very seriously, hosting a prep class for our 4 year old to get him properly ready for school, and starting on phonics for our twins from the age of 2. They even have a mud pit for the bigger kids which has great immune system benefits but my son loves that he can get messy and just be a kid.<br><br>Children’s Village also do excursions and tie it in to what our kids are currently learning which is a cut above any other child care provider. As an example, our 4 year old is currently learning about 000 and emergency services. This gets capped off with a day trip to the Museum of Fire.<br><br>As a parent, it is extremely re-assuring to know that when I can’t be there with my kids, they are in safe hands, and are actively being educated miles ahead of any other childcare we’ve been to.<br><br>We have recommended Children’s Village to everyone we know and will continue to do so. The best choice we made for our kids was giving Children’s Village a call and organising a meet and greet.

The support they provide and the way they embrace and include the wider community genuinely makes it feel like a family. Having experienced a few different services in Spring Farm, I can honestly say that nothing compares to Children’s Village.<br><br>Knowing that I am leaving my child with educators who genuinely care about him, his wellbeing and his development gives me such peace of mind. We have so much appreciation for the Centre Director, Xrystine, whose communication, care and dedication are evident in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every child feels safe, heard, valued and supported.<br><br>For the first time, I can confidently leave my child at a centre knowing that he is being cared for with the same love, patience and compassion that we would give him at home.<br><br>Since moving to Children’s Village earlier this year, my child has come such a long way. After experiencing some previous trauma at other services, it has been incredibly heartwarming to see him come out of his shell, grow in confidence and truly thrive.<br><br>We are so grateful that we made the decision to move. Seeing our child happy, settled and flourishing has meant more to us than we can put into words.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team at Children’s Village Spring Farm for everything you do. Your care, dedication and genuine love for the children does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful centre.

Children's village spring farm is without a doubt magical!!! My son loves going to school he is actually rushing me in the morning so he can hurry up and get there... We have not had much luck at other center as they always put him in the to hard basket... not this place, for the first time I can go to work without anxiety...<br>The staff are so beautiful and kind and uplifting miss xryatina is truly something else spectacular the way she is with my son fills my heart with so much joy along with miss remneek her patience is really fantastic... They really do take the time to connect and make the children be seen for who they are and not just a number each day is special... this centre is special and definitely one of a kind because its so hard to find that these days... I would and have been recommending children village to friends and others looking to enrol children here without a doubt fantastic center... not to mention the food menu is the best

Children’s village Spring Farm was absolutely incredible. The staff there are absolute sweethearts and are genuinely amazing people. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness, patience, and dedication truly shine through in everything they do. It’s clear the staff are passionate about helping everyone, and the positive impact they have on the children and families they support is remarkable. As someone who completed work placement here I would highly recommend this service as the people and environment were so positive and were absolutely incredible.

After a very difficult experience with other childcare centres, where I was receiving daily phone calls, being asked to pick my child up early, and being told my child could no longer attend, I was feeling exhausted, anxious, and defeated.<br><br>The moment I met Xrystine, I knew this place was different. The way she spoke about children's rights and seeing each child as a whole person made me feel heard and understood for the first time. I was incredibly anxious during my child's first week and spent every day waiting for that dreaded phone call.<br><br>Instead, I found myself crying at drop-off during Week 2 when educators were telling me how funny, kind, and wonderful my child is. In 8 weeks, I have received only one phone call. When Xrystine called, I immediately panicked and asked if I needed to come and pick my child up. The shock in her voice when she replied, "No, absolutely not," was something I won't forget. She then spent a long time talking with me about the strategies being put in place, the staff training being undertaken, and the support available for my child. She even sourced specific resources to help meet my child's needs.<br><br>My child connected with Miss Ramneek almost immediately. She truly listens, puts children's wellbeing first, and has built such a beautiful relationship with my child. I regularly hear, "Miss Ramneek is my best friend!" Never before has my child spoken about an educator with so much love and trust.<br><br>On the rare occasions I don't see Ramneek or Xrystine at pickup, Tayla always takes the time to give a thoughtful handover and share something positive my child did that day. She knows all the children and clearly cares deeply about them.<br><br>I cannot thank the team at Children's Village Spring Farm enough for the care, effort, advocacy, and genuine commitment they have shown my child and our family. For the first time, I feel heard, validated, and supported. Most importantly, my child is happy, thriving, and has friends. For the first time in years, I can go to work without constantly worrying that I'll get a call to come and collect my child.<br><br>I will be forever grateful to Xrystine, Miss Ramneek, Tayla, and the entire team. You have changed our lives.

My daughter has attended this daycare since it opened. I cannot fault the centre, it’s beautiful. The staff are amazing. My little one took time to settle in and the staff, especially Miss Xrystine, always would reassure me my daughter was fine. A few weeks after my youngest started. I placed my older two in after school care there. They loved going there and speak so highly of the educators. Every activity is very well planned out for the children’s needs & development. Every meal is very nutritious - even my very fussy child says she tries “little bites” and I’m more than happy she’s trying. Overall i’m very lucky to have found this centre for my kids. I know they are all very well cared for. The communication is great. Shout out to Miss Taylah, Miss Ramneek & Miss Xrystine for making our experience with you so enjoyable. I look forward to seeing daily updates each week.

I am so thankful I found Children’s Village Spring Farm. My son’s confidence, speech and his ability to emotional regulate has improved considerably since attending Children’s village. The school educators are caring, dedicated and a knowledgeable. I would recommend Children’s Village to any family looking for a childcare in the area.

As both a visiting parent and Behaviour Support Practitioner, I was incredibly impressed during my recent visit to Children’s Village. Walking through each room, I could immediately see the amount of thought, care and intention behind the environments and resources that had been set up to support the diverse needs of children. Every space felt purposeful, calm and responsive to the children using it. What stood out most to me was the leadership and practice demonstrated by Director, Xrystine. Watching her move through the service was honestly inspiring. Children’s faces would immediately light up when she entered a room, with many calling out excitedly to show her things, seek connection or simply be near her. It was clear they felt deeply safe, valued and emotionally connected to her. What I found particularly powerful from a behavioural perspective was her ability to “lock in” to each child as though they were the only child in that moment, despite simultaneously supporting many children and educators across the service. Her responses were fast, calm and highly attuned. She consistently recognised children’s cues and communication before escalation occurred, responding proactively in ways that supported regulation, connection and emotional safety. There was no sense of control or compliance-based practice. Instead, I observed genuine co-regulation, respect for autonomy and a deep understanding that all behaviour is communication. The rights, dignity and individual needs of children were clearly upheld in every interaction I witnessed. It was also evident that this philosophy extends throughout the wider team. Educators appeared supported, engaged and confident in their relationships with children. The entire service reflected inclusion, emotional responsiveness and high-quality relational practice. My only feedback is that we need more people like Xrystine in early childhood education. Leaders who are able to combine deep knowledge of child development and behaviour with authentic warmth, advocacy and presence are incredibly rare. Children’s Village should be very proud of the culture that has been created within the service.

We’ve been sending our son here for the last 4-5 weeks and Xrystine and the staff are amazing you can really tell that they have the children’s best interest at heart. The centre is amazing and really well run. We were so nervous about putting our baby in daycare but he’s 5 weeks in and loving it. Could not be happier with the service and the centre.
