My daughter has been attending Whiz Kidz Sydenham for a couple of months now and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the centre and the educators. I visited multiple daycares prior to enrolling her here and from the start I could tell that the director is very invested and safety oriented. Throughout the orientation and the first weeks everyone was very accommodating. My daughter is a sensitive bub and I worried how she would do. Now she walks off to play with her friends and doesn’t even look back. The educators displayed the highest level of care and kindness. They have been very sweet, nurturing and always on top of everything relating to the babies in their care. I appreciate getting regular updates through the app and seeing the photos of fun activities my baby gets to experience like mini Masterchef. She’s been also loving the food they serve. The Chef is an another reason why this place feels warm and welcoming. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

My child has been attending Whiz Kidz Sydenham for quite some time now and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. All of the team are wonderful ! they are warm, caring and genuinely passionate about supporting each child's learning and development. The centre provides a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment where my child has grown in confidence, made great friendships and is always excited to attend. Had a great experience visiting Whiz Kids Child Care in Sydenham. Had a Tour with Educator, Ms. Elna Pudadera. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. I also met the Director, who was lovely and spoke about how important it is to create a nurturing environment for the children. The centre is brand new, clean, and has lots of great activities and learning spaces for the kids. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a fun and safe environment.

Whiz Kidz Sydenham has been an amazing childcare centre for my son Jayden. From the very beginning, all the staff have been caring, welcoming, and supportive. The centre manager is incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to assist families with kindness and understanding. The centre is always very clean, organised, and provides healthy, well-planned meals for the children. It gives parents peace of mind knowing the children are cared for in such a safe and positive environment. A very special thank you to Jayden’s kinder teacher, Miss Elna. She is truly outstanding and has cared for my son like a second mother. Her patience, kindness, and experience with children are amazing. She knows exactly how to help children settle into the room comfortably and confidently, and Jayden absolutely loves her. I highly recommend Whiz Kidz Sydenham to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and supportive childcare centre for their child.

I highly recommend this service.The best thing in this center is there educators.My son is two years old and couple of weeks before he started.Educators put all their efforts to settled him . We were lucky to join Whiz Kidz Sydenham when they opened so my daughter had a wonderful transition with very low ratios and has bonded so well with her educators. Her face just lit up when she saw Miss Cinta this morning. The whole team from the Director to the Chef are friendly and warm. My daughter is thriving with the activities provided and we are very happy to leave her in their care.

We have had such a positive experience with the care our son receives at Whiz Kidz Sydenham. All the educators are gentle, nurturing, and so attentive to his individual needs. They create a calm and loving environment where he feels safe, settled, and happy each day. It’s clear how much care and effort goes into supporting his development, routines, and wellbeing. Knowing he is so well looked after gives us complete peace of mind, and we couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful team. Katherine, the centre manager has been extremely accommodating and always willing to support our family’s needs. We highly recommend this daycare to any family.

As a parent, I was very hesitant with sending my 2 year old son to daycare. During the centre tour, Katherine answered all of my questions and eased my worries and concerns, you can really tell that she is passionate about what she does. My son and I attended daycare on two separate occasions as apart of his orientation. During orientation, I was able to talk to the educators about their day to day activities and for then educators to get to know my son prior to his official first day. Immediately, I could see that the educators were passionate about their roles and how much love and support they provided to children in their care. Fast forward to my son’s first day in daycare, I was happy to hear that he was able to settle from being upset and that he had clung onto an educator for comfort that he felt comfortable with. Thank you Whiz Kids Sydenham for making my son’s first experience on day are a positive one! We look forward to seeing you on his next visit!

I have my two little ones in Whizkidz Sydenham and I am really confident in the beautiful centre, the management and the educators. The communication is really open, warm and encouraging. The extra care they provide to assist with a disability needing eye drops, patching and glasses-wearing feels really reassuring and settling, and lets me know that I have got them in the right place. I also love that I receive photos and updates throughout the day. Also the chefs… wow. They eat better than I do! I also have to add, Steve the handyman/gardener is next level incredible. He’s an asset for sure… my little one wanted to invite him to his birthday party! He brought his drill around for my big boy to have a look at when he was having a hard time with mum leaving, so that he would be distracted and I could get away on time. Above and beyond exceptional care.
