We have had a wonderful experience at Norwood Preschool. The educators are so caring and always make both children and parents feel welcome. There is a real sense of community, and you can tell they genuinely care for the kids like they are their own. They do a great job helping children become more independent and preparing them for the transition to big school. They also celebrate diversity and make everyone feel included. The preschool has a great space for little ones to learn, play and explore. Most importantly, our child absolutely loves it there and never wants to leave at pick-up time! We are very grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend Norwood Preschool to other families. ❤️

All of my children attended Norwood during their preschool years, and the community-based care and education they received is the reason we kept coming back. Every staff member, regardless of their role, cared for my children with genuine warmth and compassion. I trusted them completely. The educators were experienced and deeply attuned to what each child needed. They played, read, guided, and supported my children as individuals. Arriving at the centre, you'd always find thoughtfully prepared activities already set up. This was a clever way to spark friendships over shared interests. My kids especially loved the sealife water play and minibeast activities. One memory that has always stayed with me: arriving to find piles of empty cardboard boxes, then returning at pick-up to discover them transformed into cars, trains, cubby houses, and tunnels; all made by the children themselves. It captures everything Norwood is about. This is a truly heartfelt centre where wonderful memories and lifelong connections are made. I would wholeheartedly recommend Norwood to any family.

Three boys went through Norwood. Norwood was foundational in their future educational success coupled with a loving, caring environment. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Norwood was an amazing preschool for all 3 of my children. The staff were so nurturing and really gave my children the best possible start to their education in a warm and loving environment. The gorgeous large outdoor place space is welcoming and great for young children to explore and every staff member is kind and wanting the best for my child. I couldn't rate Norwood highly enough.

Incredible community-based preschool. I feel so lucky that my 4 children were cared for here - with the same educators caring for all my kids. They got to know our family, and supported each of my kids individual needs.

Absolutely wonderful preschool! The educators are warm, nurturing, skilled and truly passionate about every childhood development.Communication with parents is outstanding(daily updates, photos and real conversations). The facility is clean, safe and thoughtfully designed for little ones. Worth every star！

We loved Norwood! It was a lovely, caring environment for our kids in a beautiful setting next to the park. The community is welcoming and friendly, and the staff are amazing. It was a great way to lead into primary school for us with a good balance of nurturing and guidance, whilst helping the kids learn to be responsible and take ownership.

My two kids attended Norwood Preschool and I can’t praise them enough. Both of my children absolutely loved their time there. The teachers are wonderful, caring, and genuinely dedicated to both educating and nurturing the children. It was such a positive and supportive environment, and I would highly recommend Norwood Preschool to any family looking for a caring and high-quality preschool experience.

A lovely community run preschool, beautifully set next to Mills Park which makes it feel green and open. The educators are kind and caring and have reassuringly been in their roles for many years. Aside from the obvious benefits of having lower fees, thanks to being not for-profit, it's a great way for kids (and parents) to get school ready. My daughter loves it here and despite my initial reservations about attending two different places, she transitioned well to doing two days here and the others in her existing day care centre.
