I am extremely disappointed with this early childhood centre, especially with the behaviour of the Centre Director. In my experience, her attitude toward educators, children, and even families is shockingly unprofessional. The Director often carries herself as if she is “above” everyone else simply because she has been in the centre for a long time. Conversations with her are usually tense; she talks down to people, criticises harshly, and rarely shows empathy or basic respect. Her approach creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere, and it feels like educators have to constantly walk on eggshells around her. A childcare centre should be warm, collaborative, and child-focused, but the leadership here creates the opposite environment. I genuinely hope the organisation reviews the management of this centre, because the current leadership is affecting educators, families, and most importantly, the children. I would strongly recommend parents look carefully before choosing this centre.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this early childhood centre. While the educators in the rooms try their best, the overall environment is strongly affected by the Centre Director's attitude. The Director is consistently unapproachable, dismissive, and often quite rude when communicating with families. Instead of supporting parents or listening to concerns, she tends to respond in a very harsh and impatient manner, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to raise even simple questions. Communication is poor, and any issues brought up are met with defensiveness rather than solutions. I hope the management seriously reviews the leadership at this centre, because it has a major impact on the children, families, and staff. I would not recommend this centre until improvements are made in leadership and parent communication.

We are so impressed with KU Wentworthville Preschool! My 4-year-old son absolutely loves going to pre-school every day, and it's all thanks to the amazing teachers and staff. They're not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and development. The preschool's warm and nurturing environment has helped my son blossom into a confident and curious learner. I'm grateful for the wonderful experiences he's having and the strong foundation he's building for his future education. Highly recommend KU Wentworthville Preschool to any parent looking for a top-notch early childhood education!
