Such as ripped off family day care. They will charge for your children foods as they didnt provide meals for kids, and they still charged you during or public holiday. I put my son at childcare and they didnt charge for public holiday. Everything is included at childcare, meals, wipes, sunscreen and etc. Do me a favour find a good childcare centre who focused on children specific needs if is needed. They are quite money hungry

We’ve been registered with Beenleigh for a year now. Any time I had questions or concerns, the lovely ladies have always been so helpful. Their enrolment was super easy to get through and their sign in/out system for care is so simple and easy. We’re well looked after with Beenleigh and their educators

Wanted to send my 10 month old to be cared for two days a week. Staff were incredibly helpful in connecting me with a carer. The care has been superb. Highly recommend.

Sent my son to daycare through beenleigh family daycare as I'm a shift worker and needed after hours care. The first person I enrolled him with was great and then we it came to the week of him starting she completely ignored me and I was told she wasn't able to have him any more last minute. 2nd person lasted 4 days with my son and ended up calling me after 1 hour telling me to come and pick him up because she couldn't settle him. Told me he was too difficult, he was only 10 months old at this point. The third person we went with was great, stayed with him for 7 months, was flexible and friendly until he started getting all 4 molars come through at the same time and was becoming difficult to settle so she decided that she no longer could care for him any more as he was in her words "too exhausting". At this point I took him completely out of beenleigh family day care and now he is at another beautiful centre were he is appreciated and is constantly being stimulated and learning new things. I would not recommend these people to anyone with younger children as they seem to not understand how to deal with a crying baby. Very dissatisfied with their service. They showed no sympathy and blamed it all on my son. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My son has been with an Educator associated with this service since he was 4 months old. His beautiful educator has taken such good care of my little boy and the office girls have always be extremely helpful in sorting out any concerns I've had with fees.
