I have always found the educators welcoming and friendly, my daughter loved attending every day. The chef cooked amazing meals that even I wanted to eat!! Management always took the time to assist me with any query I had. Highly recommend.

Three years ago, our experience with Brunswick Guardian Childcare started on a high note, filled with optimism and satisfaction. However, the journey since then has been marred by instability and disappointment. We've witnessed a staggering turnover, with the centre cycling through five different managers, which has contributed to a loss of all senior educators and a noticeable decline in operational quality. Despite a substantial $600k upgrade two years ago, the facility has failed to maintain its standards, now rundown and resources needing updating. The current management is out of their depth, lacking the necessary understanding and experience in childcare to steer the centre back on course. This sentiment extends to the regional manager, whose background does not inspire confidence in their ability to address the centre's ongoing Brunswick Guardian Childcare needs substantial time to recover and realign itself with the values advertised on its website. As it stands, the gap between stated ideals and the reality of the service provided is too wide to overlook, causing us to change centers along with many other families recently which was upsetting but definitely needed and is refreshing to be in a center well run that holds the children’s and teams needs first - not profit.

I was so anxious about starting childcare with my bub, but the team here have made the process such an easy and positive experience. The carers here really make all the difference! Millie and Tristan, his main carers, are absolutely wonderful. They are so genuinely passionate about what they do and it shows with every interaction. All of the carers are warm and friendly, but these two are real stand outs! It doesn't matter how busy things get, they will always have big smiles on their faces and positive things to say. I feel like they really care about my boy and about giving him the best experience possible. I could not speak more highly of these two amazing people! Communication is excellent. I always feel like I know what happens during the day, and am kept up to date with any changes. I also feel that I can pass on any specific instructions to the carers and they will make sure that it happens. Each week there is a different educational focus. I appreciate that there's thought that goes into the toys and activities. The whole centre is always clean and well kept. My boy really enjoys the food, too. He will try food here that he would never eat at home! I'm so glad we choose this centre for our boy's childcare. Best decision we made!
