We couldn’t have asked for a better centre. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. The best care possible for our child.

I just had the pleasure of joining the Monkey group on their excursion to the park, and I have to say—I have so much respect for the amazing educators at Happy Hippos! Thari and Mai are absolutely incredible, managing seven little ones with such care, patience, and energy. They make the perfect duo—Thari brings so much fun, singing, and dancing to keep the kids engaged, while Mai is the warm, snuggly, comforting presence they need. Both are caring, fun, and bring their own special qualities to the group. Honestly, I wish I had just 1% of Thari’s energy—she’s absolutely full of life! This is Otis’ third week at Happy Hippos, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. The transition back to work has been tough, but knowing he’s in such great hands makes it so much easier. And it’s not just the educators—every single staff member is amazing! Isabel at reception is always so welcoming, and even Chef David greets us every morning, and bring so much joy to the center. Thank you, Happy Hippos, for creating such a warm and wonderful environment!

I am very pleased with Happy Hippo Childcare in Brunswick. The staff in the babies room dote on my son. The staff are warm and friendly and provided me with so much reassurance when he first started. He has a favourite worker and holds his hands out to go to her and is always chill when I go to pick him up. I had one issue I raised regarding a casual staff member and it was taken seriously and addressed immediately. Overall, I trust the staff here and consider my experience extremely positive.

After visiting several daycares in the same neighborhood, we decided to go with Happy Hippo and we are not disappointed with our decision. From the first time we visited, the centre has been demonstrating nothing but professionalism and care for all the children. The staff are all very friendly and happy, we wanted to send our baby to a place where staff are taken care of, and Happy Hippo is the place. Thomas, one of the managers who helped us with enrollment , is very professional and timely with communication. Our baby absolutely enjoys her time at the centre, the educators at the Elephant rooms (Jessica & Nur) are very caring and have been helping our child settle in and achieve her development milestones. We are very happy with our decision to choose Happy Hippo.

My son Lenny has been attending Happy Hippo Brunswick since November 2021. In our time in the Elephant room, we have experienced nothing but love and kindness from all educators involved in his care. I've watched as Lenny has grown more confident and progressed in leaps and bounds. I know the care that his educators have for him based on the stories they share and their williness to chat at the start or end of the day. I could not recommend Happy Hippo more highly and wish the team there nothing but the best

Happy Hippo is an amazing childcare centre. The carers & staff are all so beautiful and make you feel so comfortable straight away. They are so nurturing , confident, caring, friendly and understanding and you really feel part of a family there. The centre is bright and clean and has nice spacious rooms and outdoor play areas are so well thought out tailored to your child's age. We are so sad to have moved out of the area & will miss HH & everyone there alot.

I sent an email to happy hippo in Brunswick three days ago seeking for information in order to enroll my child next year but I still haven't received any response from them. Definitely not a good start..

I visited several childcare centres in the area before deciding that Happy Hippo was going to provide the best environment and care for my son and I made the right choice! The educators are truly special people and my son is openly affectionate with them and looks forward to attending childcare for the friends he has made, the varied and wonderful experiences he is exposed to but also the very authentic, loving and compassionate educators that go out of their way to make every child feel special.
