I visited for a tour in April and was truly impressed by how beautiful the place is. The setup is fantastic, the educator was actively involved with the kids, and the atmosphere felt so inviting. If we weren't relocating to a regional area, I would have definitely chosen this location.

I wish I could rate this place a negative star. Enrolling my son here was a huge mistake. Very poor communication and system. When issues arose, we were left in the dark. Raising concerns felt like talking to a wall—no acknowledgment, no solution until i took an action. The management's response? Excuses and delays. They clearly don't understand the basics of customer service. If they can't handle feedback, they shouldn't be in this business. Childcare is a serious responsibility. If this centre can't take it seriously, they shouldn't be allowed to operate. Dear parents, Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This place is a disaster waiting to happen.

Supervision really needs to be addressed for the safety of the children .

I would not recommend this service due to very poor communication and lack of care towards parents and children. On December 30, 2024, my son suffered a serious accident while using the monkey/climbing bars in the schoolyard. This equipment is clearly unsuitable for his age and required supervision and support, which was not provided. Additionally, the service mixed Kindy-aged children with older students (OSHC), creating an unsafe environment. My son is only 3 years and 7 months old, and much of the playground equipment is too big and inappropriate for children his age, especially without adequate supervision. We requested a meeting to discuss the incident and address potential improvements to prevent such occurrences in the future. However, we received neither proper support nor a satisfactory response. To make matters worse, we were contacted yesterday and informed that my son’s enrollment in their service had been terminated. The reason given was that we had “emotionally abused” their staff—an accusation made without any evidence or context. This situation has been handled extremely poorly, with no accountability, empathy, or effort to address the real concerns raised by us as parents. How are our emotions as parents being considered? Is our distress and disappointment irrelevant? It is unacceptable for a service that works with children to demonstrate such disregard for safety, communication, and continuous improvement. No parent wants to see their child—or any child—put at risk, especially at such a vulnerable age. Educators and care providers must have the knowledge and awareness to look after children properly and ensure that those who require additional assistance receive it. I sincerely hope this feedback highlights the need for immediate changes in your practices to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children.

My son has been attending My World child care since he was 5 months old & he has enjoyed all the different experiences in all the different aged rooms, he has made life long friends with the children & staff that have cared for him. All the staff are amazing they put in their all to care for all the children to help support them through the early years of learning & prepare kindy aged children ready for school. My son loves going to My World Armadale oshc for the school holidays, he mostly enjoys the sporting excursions & spending time with his day care friends 😊 I could only give 5 ⭐️’s but I would give 10 ⭐️’s for the amazing staff which make the children feel safe, secure & supported, happy culture, happy children & happy staff.

My child had attended this daycare for over 2 years and over the past 6-8 months there have been numerous issues between staff and management with a lot of recent staff turnover due to management and lack of care towards the children with focus on the bottom line $$$. There have been safety issues and incidents. When we started, they were amazing. Recently, the turnover of staff has been very concerning. There has been some very concerning incidents and very little information provided to the parents in regards to our child, the new staff, and the incidents. I would not recommend this centre!

I would not recommend this centre. They incentivise parents to give positive google reviews. They do not provide a lot of feedback to parents. After leaving the centre they continue to charge me for 2 months after we stopped attending despite giving written notice.

My world is a fantastic place, all three of my kids have attended this centre over the last 7 years and the care they receive is brilliant, my kids love it! They ensure children have healthy meals and snacks. Incorporating developmental milestone activities in playtime and preparations for kindy, for kids getting ready for school. Staff here are friendly and informing parents of incidents when required. Highly recommend!
