The admin was awful. I paid with my credit card via phone and she read back loudly to allow everyone hearing the details. Then what’s the purpose of paying by phone? So unprofessional and lacking of privacy sense. When I asked the question about PIN code. The system generated 6 digits but family day care only takes 4 digits. She said she never met this problem and unaware of how system works. What’s the point of it? It doesn’t resolve any issues. I’m looking for the complaint form on their website but no luck. Have to leave a comment for wider audiences. These sort of people shouldn’t be working here no help at all but ruin the reputation of the org.

Formerly called Baulkham Hills Family Day Care, we refreshed our brand in 2026 to reflect our growing service and our commitment to offering an alternative to traditional care across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
