Such an incredibly supportive and reliable childcare. The staff are friendly, caring, attentive and the centre is so clean and well kept. They offer in house speech therapy for children who need it which is so helpful for busy, working parents. The curriculum is very engaging and caters to the child's needs. I highly recommend this centre!

Happy Faces is the epitome of child care services. Julianne and Donna always go above and beyond for their families, children and the wider community. Being a full-time working mum every individual at Happy Faces puts my heart and mind at ease with their genuine love, care and passion towards my child. During the current pandemic and lockdown, the management and staff at Happy Faces once again exceeded the expectation of support, safety and compassion. Thank you Happy Faces for being my child’s happy place during this lockdown. As a primary school teacher and mother, I rate this service a 10/10.

All my children have attended happy faces, and has provided the best care for my children over the years. It provides many learning experiences, and all the teachers are well grounded, well experienced, and very low turn over in staff. The school offers a wide range of in house and excursion activities that I have found are not offered at most day care facilities, and they really have a thorough understanding of multicultural diversity, and embrace this with many family/child activities, events and food preparations. It has always provided a very safe environment, and on ground facilities are kept clean and updated.

This is Roselands hidden gem of Daycare Centres. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles, nurturing atmosphere and the delicious smell of home cook nutritious meals. All staff have gone far and beyond what you can ever imagine to make you and your child feel safe and comfortable. Essentially for my girls, it was a home and away from home!!!! What more could you really ask for!!!! Directors, staff and teachers are always in communication with parents to ensure all expectations and goals are met for each individual child. You know your sending you child to a great place when they cry it’s a Saturday and there is no ‘school’ :) !!!! This place has it all: up-to-date toys; pets (chickens, frogs, bird); incursions; excursions; family events (mother’s day mums night out- this is my favourite); mothers/day father’s day morning tea; Easter parades; annual multicultural day; workshops for the kiddies and mums too; sustainable energy initiatives; garden/veggie patch- although the very best thing that this Centre has created is a FAMILY- a large Happy functional family with over 35 children!!! Parents all get to know each other and long term friendships are formed and bonds between the children is just incredible!! This will be my 4th year as a Happy Faces parent ( 1 child graduated and currently enrolled) and highly recommend this Daycare Centre. I feel so blessed to leave my child at Happy Faces and know she is with a team of the most highly educated; kind and fun-loving people I have ever met. Happy Faces, is a warm friendly ,family orientated Center. We have two kids enrolled currently, 4 and 3 years old. The quality of care provided here by all the teachers is second to none. Its Value for Money, considering all the extra circular activities they provide. My Kids get home cooked meals and snacks every day - Miss Mandy is an amazing cook who makes nutritious meals which my kids love. My kids thrive in the learning environment, The way their teachers bring my kids interests to life can only be described as amazing. My kids love, going there and as a parent I am comfortable leaving them in their care, they welcomed us like we were family , but now they are our family. Parent to parent , you don't want to send your toddlers anywhere else but here.
