Giggletree Herston has been a fantastic centre for our kiddo. The wonderful staff at the centre have always made them feel safe and supported. Thank you Giggletree Team.

Our son has been attending Giggletree for almost a year now and we all love it. The staff are lovely and supportive, and have helped us all feel comfortable from the very beginning. Our boy loves his educators, they’ve done a wonderful job supporting him and providing him with the comfort he needs to feel safe. They really do cater to the children’s individual needs. His social skills have come so far and his confidence is amazing to see. Communication is excellent, with detailed updates and conversation on pick ups. And there is plenty of opportunity for providing feedback and getting parents opinions on things. They recently updated the children’s food menu and incorporated some suggestions from parents which I appreciated. The centre is very clean, filled with natural light and outdoor play is integral to every day. Each room has a connecting indoor/outdoor space which we found really important. We appreciate our Giggletree village so much!

My son has been attending Giggletree for two and a half years now and I have nothing but good words to say. The staff are super friendly and approachable, always updating me on my child's day and how he is developing. My son has extra needs and this has always been at the forefront of the education they are providing him. They care about his development and tailor things to what he enjoys. My son loves going to 'school' and has truly blossomed there. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

This is a for profit centre and it is obvious: constantly understaffed, stressed out educators, a crazy amount of sickness going around, my child would often come home with a full nappy and diaper rash (the educators were obviously were doing their best, I blame the centre ownership for running a service so understaffed) please don't send your child here, after my experience all I can say is they only care about making money and not the wellbeing of your child. (this is not my real name obviously)

We used to love this daycare but in the past 6 months it has deteriorated rapidly due to poor upper management. They struggle to attract and retain good staff. For a number of months they were operating without a cook. Updates were vague and we had no idea what our child was eating each day. They would put a printed out menu on a wall but we had no idea whether our child was actually eating it. Our concerns were ignored. We moved our child to a much better daycare and there is a noticeable difference. My child is learning again something that seemed to not be happening at Giggletree due to staff shortages. I just wished we had made the switch earlier. It's not good enough to pay so much money for substandard service.

We love our Giggletree family and are so grateful for the loving and caring staff! Our little one adores his educators and we don’t have any tears at drop off. The staff are so friendly and approachable and always have a full report of our little one’s day at pickup. We’ve also noticed our little one’s social skills have rapidly increased since attending and they are better at playing with peers. At last drop-off it was so heartwarming to see they’d set up a little picnic blanket in the shade outside with all his favourite toys. 10/10 would recommend!

Warm, homely and friendly ❤️ I’m so glad I chose Giggletree Herston for Harley. It’s such a beautiful homely vibe yet still feels very hygienic and organised which I love. The teachers are all so friendly, caring and helpful. Jodie is also amazing, she’s so accomodating and friendly and helpful and the new owner is just absolutely wonderful. Harley is always really happy when I pick him up so I know he has a great day. They really are amazing :)

Beautiful place, kind staff. Clean, new, and developed. I’m strongly satisfied and recommended. What I loved was that they are developing day by day to be better.. Thank you so much for Menger Cinter and everyone.
