Nadia and her team at Inspiring Minds are truly amazing! The care they provide for our son is next to none! They keep us updated via the app and also give further updates when we pick him up. He has grown and learnt so much and we are extremely grateful for all that they do for him. Nadia has also helped us out in so many different ways. My child, has been attending IM for about two years, and throughout this time, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of care, the professionalism of the staff, and the welcoming environment you provide. As someone who works in the field of occupational health and safety, I understand the importance of maintaining a secure environment, especially for young children who are particularly vulnerable. In addition to the excellent safety protocols in place, the staff at IM is genuinely caring and attentive. My child has flourished in this environment thanks to the nurturing support and guidance provided by your team. You go above and beyond to engage the children in educational activities, promote social skills, and provide emotional support, creating a positive and enriching experience. My child has learned so much, developed strong friendships, and looks forward to going to daycare every day. The communication from the daycare center is also outstanding. The staff is always available to discuss my child’s progress, any concerns, or upcoming events. I greatly appreciate the transparency and the way you keep me updated about Evalena’s day, which gives me peace of mind while I am at work. We moved to the area and needed to find a new daycare for our toddler with little notice. With a lot of centres in the area we read a lot of reviews and did a number of tours. We are so glad we enrolled our little boy into Inspiring Minds. The educators provided a lot of support during the transition along with regular updates provided throughout the day. The additional programs such as Bush Kindy and RRR along with their outdoor nature play focus was something that really appealled to us. The Centre Manager, Nadia, has always been very approachable and available with her time. Any enquiries we have had she has looked into them and gotten back to us immediately. Nothing is ever a trouble and is very proactive with monthly newsletters and regular updates about the centre (including health advice). You certainly don't feel like a number here and that's thanks to Nadia and the educators in Senior Toddlers who are all passionate about what they do - we would highly recommend the centre!

Since my daughter started Junior Kindy last year, the transformation in her development has been remarkable. She has not only learned a great deal from her educators but has also blossomed socially, forming meaningful interactions with her fellow little ones and her wonderful educators. Their bush kindy program has been particularly special for my daughter. The nature play benefits she gained from it have added a wonderful layer to her overall growth and experiences at the centre. My husband and I are truly grateful for the dedication and care the team has shown, making our daughter well-prepared for big school. Many thanks for the positive impact Inspiring Minds had on her.

My 2 children have been at Inspiring minds for over a year now and I can only say great things. Having attended more than the average daycares this centre has really impressed me. The communication from Nadia the director and daily updates from educators is great. The added bonus of offering bush kindy and RRR, the kindy program including excursions along with so many play areas to learn and explore this centre is perfect! Amd most of all my children love it too!

We moved our daughter to Inspiring Minds back in March of this year and honestly I have noticed such a difference in her in an amazing way and so much growth in such a short period of time! The staff at the centre are absolutely amazing and feel more like family to me than some of my own family. They were welcoming from the start and once we started our twins a little later they have treated all 3 children as if they are their own. Daycare drop offs aren't always easy but the staff try their very best to ensure it is as smooth as possible. Any concerns that I've had have always been addressed with a sense of urgency and the communication is always open. I feel very comfortable knowing that my children are being well looked after there. We may not get daily photo updates on an app but the hand over of an afternoon where I'm told they have all had a great day is just as good. The director goes above and beyond for each and every family. From welcoming everyone that walks through the door, to ensuring that even I am okay as the parent. I feel like I can go in and be completely honest. 110% glad we made the move and I'm not looking back ever!!

The team have been so warm & individualised in their approach to welcoming our family into their community. The inclusion & genuine care felt from the Inspiring Minds team has helped our children to transition seamlessly. We are grateful for the passion and dedication each educator demonstrates & are loving seeing our children happy and thriving.

This will be the third childcare centre my daughter has attended and so far I am loving the support I am receiving with any queries I may have and also I am obsessed with how hands on the centre is with my daughter. The director Nadia is very accomadating and welcoming and I am appreciate her patience and grace with me as I am one of those mums

I have not been happy with the way the administration have been towards me with regards to confusion with payments. I was informed of my payment amounts then all of a sudden it was jumped up to double then back down again and it got beyond ridiculous. I have been in process of pulling my toddler out and today was his last day. Usually i would get updates throughout the day of how he has been going and no photos of him today nor have there been much lately at all all other kids yes but not mine. I also brought him home absolutely starving after being told he has eaten at daycare. Along with that he came home using absolutely horrible language towards me in the car saying “mummys B@&ch” and he never speaks that way none of us at home use that language anywhere near him. So very unhappy with how he has been treated in his time there of less then a year.
