Our son started at the centre when he was just 7 months old. It was a very difficult decision to start childcare that early, but we had no other choice and this centre truly became our “village.” We have no family support in Sydney, so finding a place like this was priceless. Our son absolutely loves it here. He has been bubbling away the names of his little friends and educators since he was just one, and now at almost two, he excitedly blabbers about all the activities and stories he enjoys during the day. I really appreciate how friendly and supportive all the educators are. We went through some challenges together. For example, my son was a terrible sleeper for a long time, but I felt truly seen and supported by the educators. They shared the struggle with us, and we all cheered when he finally started sleeping during the day. We love the bonds our son has built with both the educators and the other children. Even after moving to another suburb, we decided to keep him at this centre because of those connections. The food here also deserves a special mention. The cook is always so friendly, and the meals look and smell amazing. Honestly, when I read the menu, I sometimes wish there was a takeaway option for parents too. My toddler is usually a fussy eater, but it feels like he gets most of his daily calories at the centre. Thank you to all the wonderful educators past and present and to the whole team at the centre. I truly hope your management values you as much as the families do. 🫶

Needing to return to work after maternity leave is such an anxious time for any first time mum, however from day one, the educators made our child feel safe, welcomed, and excited to learn. All the educators have been especially wonderful—always warm, patient, and communicative. The daily activities are thoughtful and engaging, with a great balance of structured learning, outdoor play, and creativity. We love seeing our son on the updates we get throughout the day via their app—it’s so reassuring to see him painting, gardening, or just smiling with new friends. We’ve noticed huge improvements in our child’s language, independence, and social skills since starting here. The center is clean, organized, and clearly run with a lot of care and attention to detail. The school refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation. No apology, no support. Completely unacceptable. Parents—be careful. If something happens to your child here, you’re on your own.

I came to this kindergarten with hope, but left with disappointment. One by one, the familiar teachers left, and the environment became increasingly chaotic. I deeply regret not leaving earlier when things first started going downhill. Now, I’m just glad I’ve finally made the decision to leave.

And when my friend tried to hold them accountable, they responded by having a lawyer contact and threaten her. My friend is emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed. Parents, please think twice before sending your child here. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own — or worse, silenced.
