My 3 year old daughter is currently enrolled there and she is having the best time and learning so much at the same time. The teachers and carers are all engaging and give 100% attention to all children every minute of the day.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Ramlegh in Clyde North. Our daughter has been well cared for, supported and encouraged throughout her time there.

A special mention to **Shruti**, who has been wonderful with our daughter. She has always been caring, approachable and supportive, and we really appreciate the effort she puts into making children feel comfortable and confident.

Like any childcare journey, there were a few minor incidents along the way, but these were handled well, and our overall experience has been very positive. We have always felt that our daughter was cared for and supported.

Overall, we are happy with the care, learning environment and staff, and we would still happily recommend Aspire Ramlegh to other families looking for a childcare and kindergarten in the area.

We have had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The educators are caring, friendly, and genuinely attentive to the children’s needs. They provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where our child feels happy and comfortable.

Special thanks to educator Suganya (sue)

I am sharing this review because I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this childcare centre. I enrolled my son at Ramlegh Aspiring Child Care Centre, expecting him to be cared for in a safe, respectful and professional environment. Unfortunately, there were several incidents that made me seriously concerned about his wellbeing and the level of care provided.

On one occasion, my son’s milk bottle lid was lost. When I asked the staff about it, they were unable to tell me what had happened.

Another incident was particularly upsetting for me as a mother. When I arrived to pick up my son, I saw him crying alone and standing near the window. He appeared very distressed. One educator was sitting in the corner with a group of children and entertaining them, while my son was left crying by himself. I watched for several minutes before someone came over to settle him. I found this extremely difficult to witness. When I asked why my son had been crying, I was told that his classmate was not there that day. I did not feel that this adequately explained why he had been left crying alone for several minutes.

There was also a very concerning incident involving my son’s high fever. When I came to pick him up, I noticed that he had a very high temperature. I asked an educator, Dolly, to bring a thermometer so his temperature could be checked. It took more than 10 minutes to locate one. The first temperature reading was around 40°C, and another thermometer reportedly showed 39°C. I was extremely concerned because this is a very high temperature for a child. I was also concerned about the delay in checking his temperature and the way the situation was handled. After checking his temperature, the educator left my son for several minutes, which made me even more worried. When I raised my concerns, I felt that excuses were being made rather than my concerns being properly addressed.

After these incidents, I also felt that the attitude of some staff towards my son and me changed. I felt that my son was being treated differently and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. As a parent, I need to feel confident that my child is safe, supervised and properly cared for throughout the day.

There was another serious concern regarding food. Our family is vegetarian, and I had made this clear to the centre. However, my son was served beef for lunch. When I questioned the staff about this, I felt that the response was focused on making excuses rather than taking responsibility for what had happened. This was extremely upsetting because dietary requirements should be clearly communicated and carefully followed.

Overall, I had a very bad experience with this childcare centre. The incidents I experienced raised serious concerns for me about supervision, communication, staff training, responsiveness and the handling of my son’s health and dietary requirements.

As a mother, my child’s safety and wellbeing are my highest priority. After everything that happened, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my son there, so I made the difficult decision to withdraw him from the centre.

I hope the centre takes this feedback seriously and reviews its procedures, staff training, supervision, communication with parents, health and safety practices, and dietary requirements. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this centre to other parents.
