The caring and friendly staff at JEC are a highlight in our son’s early learning and development. We have a happy little boy who loves going to Pre K four days a week! The facilities are clean and well maintained. There is an abundance of activities for our son to immerse himself in! Lots of variety. The meal and snack options are excellent. Overall our experience as a family has been overwhelmingly positive! We appreciate the daily updates , photos and communication we receive including prompt follow up when a playground incident has occurred. JEC delivers on a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for our son to learn and explore! We love that the teachers give hugs too. Awesome ❤️

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare. The management team is absolutely amazing and genuinely invested in the children and families. The educators are deeply caring, and took the time to truly get to know our child. Communication is always informative and transparent. There is a real sense of community and family feel here. From day one, the staff created a warm and welcoming environment. The outdoor facilities are incredible, and the number of additional activities/events organised for children and families is amazing. This has been our best daycare experience!

My sons go to Kindy and Toddler 2 here, my oldest started in Nursery 1. It is a fantastic place and I feel we are so lucky that our kids go here. They have learned so much, grown so much but more importantly when I drop my kids off here I know I am leaving them with people, some of who are parents too, with the best most compassionate people. Thank you Journey Carseldine past, present and future Educators and culinary staff. I think my boys get a good variety of food here too!

My son has been coming to Journey since he was 14 months old and is thriving in the Kindy2 room. The staff are always so friendly and caring.

Journey Carseldine has been great for my son. The management team, teachers, educators and support staff have all shown genuine care and affection for him and he looks forward to going in each day to spend time with them and his friends. Highly recommend Journey Carseldine! Our nearly 3yo son has been at Journey Carseldine since about 9 months old. Educators have always had a genuine care for him and the other children, listening and adapting to what he needed as he grew. There were some big changes last year with a change in management team, which I think has made a good daycare into a great daycare. The new team are warm, approachable, and have created an environment that has more engagement opportunities for the children through incursion and excursion experiences, cultural celebrations, as well as some fun events to include parents and the community. They have excellent communication and all really care for the children’s development and wellbeing. Also, a shout out to their chefs (past and present) who create the most delicious and nutritious meals and snacks!Our boy absolutely thrives here and we are so appreciative.

We love Journey Carseldine and especially the team that work there, both management and educators. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, always saying hello as you walk past them in the hallways. Management are so supportive if you need to speak to them about anything. I have seen such a big growth in my Son since he’s started both socially, developmentally and emotionally. Personal shout outs to Nikita in the Nursery space and Crystal and Chelsee in the Toddler room where my Son is currently
